3 BR + Loft, 3 BA Townhome – Ski-In/Ski-Out – On Four O’clock Run – Sleeps 8!

So you want to be “on the slopes”? This cool condo sits right on Four O’Clock Run just above the Snowflake Chairlift — just walk downstairs, strap on your gear, and go! It’s also just a short shuttle ride or walk to the shops, dining and entertainment of historic Downtown Breckenridge. The complex clubhouse features a swimming pool, hot tubs, and grills too. This place will be a hit with your family and friends!

This ski-in/ski-out, 3-bedroom plus loft, 3-bathroom condo is a perfect fit for groups of up to eight guests! The living area is bright and airy with vaulted ceilings, great natural light, and lots of seating. There’s a gas fireplace and a large Smart TV — it’s also fun to just hang out and watch the skiers and boarders swooshing by! The kitchen is large and remodeled, and fully equipped with granite and quartz counters, stainless-steel appliances, and all the gear you’ll need to keep the troops happy and fed. The dining table sits six people comfortably, with room for two more at the counter.

There are two desk/work areas for catching up on emails. Other amenities include an in-unit washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, elevator access and underground parking. And like every Summit Mountain Rentals property, the home comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and it’s professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

- A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
- For stays of 30 days or longer, a $1,000 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at time of booking.

Everything was AAA. It's obvious there is pride of ownership because everything was in great condition and well cared for. We loved the location, ski in-ski out, and easy, ample parking. When we clme back to Breckenridge, we will def be staying here. We were 4 adults, 2 kids, and an elderly grandma. Everyone loved it!

Family Ski Vacation
The condo was just right for our family. We had 6 adults and two children and never felt crowded. The location is truly a ski-in/ski-out property. The property manager was very responsive whenever we had any questions or needed help. Can’t say enough about them. We would definitely return to this unit if we end up going to Breckenridge in the future.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was a described...clean, well stocked, good location, and once in the condo it was great. The only thing is that elevator was out of order while we were there. I understand doing maintenance, and understood the condo was on the 3rd floor, and some stairs would be required. However, we were not aware that the elevator was not working, and it would mean 88 steps each round trip. We had a member of our group with mobility issues, so this created a bit of a problem. If we had known, we probably would have chosen a different unit or property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a great stay. There were a few appliance issues that we reported and they were remedied right away. We got in a lot of walking going to and from the condo to downtown. It was a nice walk. We loved the fireplace and used it a lot. The only downside to the condo was how loud it is downstairs when someone is moving around upstairs. The wooden floors creak incredibly loud. Needless to say, I could never sleep once the upstairs guest was a wake and moving around. If you aren't a light sleeper, you'll probably be fine.

Lovely home in a beautiful town
We enjoyed our stay in this lovely property. Everything was clean and well stocked. There are lots of stairs, and also nice amenities. It is a short walk to the closest shuttle stop or straight into town. Hope to visit again!

The location was excellent, the condo was just alright. The fireplace was not in working order, only two humidifiers in entire unit, a strange gap behind the oven, not enough pillows. For the price everything should have been much better.
