The Space:
As the largest accommodation at the Carlin, the Royal Tiger is ADA-friendly and spacious enough for up to four people to stay comfortably. The private front balcony, with its breathtaking views of Main Street and Breckenridge Ski Resort, is the highlight. Guests can take in the fresh mountain air and scenic views from this vantage point. The suite's design boasts attention to detail, featuring reclaimed wood, modern finishes, and curated material elements that create a cozy and inviting atmosphere perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
The large bedroom provides great separation of sleeping space, with a king-size bed and twin bunk beds situated in a nook near the bathroom. Both beds feature luxury mattresses, Frette linens, and pillows for a good night's rest. The room also includes a 55-inch TV, ceiling fan, Bluetooth speaker, Topo Designs backpack, humidifier, and two full-length custom wardrobes with luggage racks to ensure ample storage space.
Guests can gather in the cozy sitting area to recap their day's adventures or prepare a warm beverage or snack in the wet bar, which features a mini-fridge, quick kettle, and Nespresso coffee and espresso machine. The Royal Tiger also includes a small table with two chairs, perfect for in-room meals or quiet evenings spent playing cards. The stylish bathroom features a tub/shower combo, dual sink vanity, heated towel rack, and C.O. Bigelow 5-piece bath amenities, making it easy for everyone to freshen up after a day of outdoor activities.

Guests will have exclusive access to this unit located on the top floor of The Carlin. The unit includes access to a private balcony with Adirondack chairs. The Carlin offers a nightly breakfast pre-order for room delivery, available when confirmed by 9 pm. Ordering instructions will be provided in your room.
Guests will also enjoy access to a wide variety of thoughtfully curated in-room amenities to ensure the most comfortable stay possible, including a curated in-room honor bar. Additional amenities are available on-site for guests, such as a ski storage locker, snowshoes, and exclusive access to reservations at The Carlin Restaurant, Tavern Underground, and our sister restaurant, Aurum Food & Wine, located just a few blocks away.
