Situated just off Main Street, this condo is within walking distance to the base of peak 9, making it an easy walk to the slopes. There's free underground parking here but you really don't need a vehicle when you're based in the heart of the town, just 1/2 a block to all the shops and eateries. Don't feel like walking? Then get cozy in the onsite hot tub, take the free shuttle bus from your doorstep, or just relax with a margarita at the onsite Mexican restaurant, Mi Casa.

Inside the condo you will find a cozy and inviting decor with southwestern tones. The bedroom has a queen bed and mirrored closet. The kitchen is open and functional with the living room that leads out to the huge private deck where you have beautiful views of both Baldy Mountain and the Breckenridge ski area, as well as the Dredge boat. The living room has comfortable seating surrounding a wood fireplace, and a sleeper-sofa that can accommodate two more guests.

The complex offers underground parking, a hot tub, onsite laundry, ski rental shops, Mi Casa Mexican restaurant, as well as access to the blue river and a beautiful pond to take a stroll around. Der Steiermark has everything you are looking for on you Breckenridge vacation, and more!

Really enjoyed the location of the condo. Square footage is rather small, not sure more than two people would be comfortable even though the posting indicates that it sleeps 4. Sofa is not as pictured, and needs to be replaced as it's sagging significantly. For this unit, it's all about location, location, location. Right across the street from Quiksilver. Mi Casa happy hour is worth it and will be the most affordable dinner you'll have in Breck - and you don't even have to leave the building. Overall, we were happy.

When we got to the condo via shuttle, we had trouble locating the “lockbox”. We hadn’t checked outside the door to begin with, but when we called the resort manager, the lady who answered was rude. After a long day of flights and driving, we were ready to just take a shower and go to bed. Unfortunately, we had NO hot water. I called and after 30 minutes, we finally had hot water.... for 5 minutes. This issue was fixed the next day. The bed was terribly uncomfortable and we ended up sleeping on the sofa couch (better, but not by much) the last 2 nights. You could hear everything going on in nearby rooms from someone walking to running water. It reminded me of a cheap hotel. It was in a great location, close to many great restaurants and coffee shops!

Short Getaway
The property is in such a great location- across the street from Peak 9 and right near all the fun offered by Main Street. The condo itself is just as pictured and described. Hope to return!

Great place for our visit!
#113 was a great place to stay for our quick ski trip. Close to the slopes, rental and downtown. The unit was very clean and set up well! Thanks for the great stay!

Nice condo with Safety Issues
First the good news: Its a nide condo in good condition and in a great location. We really enjoyed the views of the fall foliage. The kitchen peninsula doubles as a bar-stool type eating area which our kids loved. Utensils in the kitchen were stocked better than average when compared with other VRBO places. Now the bad: The water heater was turned up WAY too high. During our 4 day stay each one of us was burned due to the temperature of the hot water. This is quite a detractor and a huge safety issue, especially for two small children. The carpet in the bedroom was worn at the entry and the tack strip was poking through. Two people stepped on it and hurt their feet. We covered this with a throw rug and called the management company. They did send someone out however we asked him to come back later as our son was ill and sleeping at the time. He never did return. WiFi signal was so weak it was completely useless.
