This 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom stand-alone mountain home sleeps 12 with two king beds, two queen beds, three bunk beds, and a trundle. This home is just 4 minutes from Breck's main street and it features a spacious wraparound deck with a private hot tub. There are two living areas and two master suites. There's also private laundry and a two-car garage. Enjoy nearby hiking trails or head to Breckenridge for shopping, restaurants and skiing.

The main living area offers vaulted ceilings and beautiful views through the large windows. There is a flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace and cozy furniture. Head outside to the spacious, wraparound deck with treed views and fresh mountain air. Take advantage of your own private hot tub after a day of outdoor adventure.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Enjoy the wine cooler and two full ovens. The dining table seats eight to ten people and there are three additional seats at the breakfast bar. There is a guest bathroom on this main level with a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination with tile surround. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

There are two bedrooms on this main level. The first master suite features a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has a pedestal sink and a walk-in shower with tile surround. The first guest bedroom also features a king-sized bed and has a mounted flat screen TV. It also has its own entrance to the guest bathroom.

There are two more bedrooms upstairs. The second master suite features a queen-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has a single sink vanity and a walk-in shower with tile surround. The second guest bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a twin-sized bunk bed. The upstairs guest bathroom has a single sink vanity and a walk-in shower.

Downstairs the lower level offers a second living area and another bedroom. The cozy living area offers a mounted flat screen TV and seating. The third guest bedroom has two twin-over-full bunk beds. There's also a twin-sized mattress under one bunk bed that can be pulled out for additional sleeping arrangements. The en suite bathroom has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination with tile surround. There is an entryway to the two-car private garage with mounted hooks and a bench. There is also a private full-sized washer and dryer and laundry detergent is provided for your convenience. Entry to the house requires guests to navigate a few stairs.

I liked the house, the layout and size were great. I loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The traffic at the house was shockingly loud it was a huge negative about the experience especially trying to sleep at night. I also took 2 ice cold showers even though there were only 4 of us staying at the house and none of us took showers at the same time, somehow we still ran out of hot water.

Perfect family vacation home
We loved everything about this rental. Spacious, extremely clean, well equipped kitchen, very nice beds and linens. Every bedroom has its own bath. This is a huge plus with a family. Location could not have been better for getting to the slopes and downtown Breckinridge.

Property was actually better than pictures, specially leaving room kitchen area. Bathrooms where clean and nice.(some of them small but still good). One important thing is always Mattresses. They where nice and maybe new, Comfortable. Pillows where for me and out group to soft but no big deal. Appliance where nice and new. Plenty of dishes and cups. Location is close to down town or main street and easy access to ski resort. We where 3 families, six adult and six teenage and had still plenty of room. NOW, Fireplace was not working properly and for winter time is all about fireplace. We had contact the management and they have sent Someone to check on it next day. Maybe there is a trick to keep it on but we had the problem to have it continuing on, it turned off after 7-30 minute and sometimes came back on by it self. I guess it is the thermostat that is not working properly. We had few little issue and management fix the. Another Big issue for larger group is showering at same time. Maybe water heater is too small. But we managed that one as well. Another Issue is the stairs railing with big space between post which could be dangerous for families with small children. I have informed the management company about this and hopefully they can fix that. Vail is about 40 minute away and easy ride. it is worth for a half day trip or ski day. Overall I would recommend this property. We had lots of fun but not enough snow for ski which is common for this time of year.

Our (extended) family was in town for a wedding and I can’t say enough about the accommodations at Crown! It provided the space we needed, meticulously clean, exceptional communication with agency, beautiful setting and convenient to the quaint downtown of Breckenridge. Nothing stopping you from booking this beautiful home!

Clean, spacious and good location.
We arrived with trucks, trailers and 6 motorcycles. The location was great. We were far enough out of Breckinridge but close enough to just run into town. We had 5 couples so this place was a great fit. Everyone had private space and their own bathroom. The satellite parking lot was close enough and safe for trailer parking. The mud/ ski area off the garage was a bonus. We could hang leathers, riding boots etc. and not have to carry them up the stairs. What we all noticed was how quiet the house was with 10 people milling around. The kitchen is very well stocked and has a great kitchen table. Great for game nights. We had a great time riding and enjoyed many fabulous restaurants. I wound recommend this location!

This was a stay for an engagement party. Was a beautiful space close to town. Nice amenities overall. Very glad to have had such a pretty space to spend time with friends. The negative include two sets of steep and narrow stairs, The driveway was so tight that we had to back the entirety, highway noises, and the property was warm in June with no A/C. The fans in the closets helped to cut down on some of that however.

Coziest Home!!!
This house is the coziest ever. Even though it’s large and accommodates a group of 12+. Cleanliness off the charts along with every amenity needed. You don’t have to leave the comfort of the home for anything other than activities planned. View amazing especially for nice pictures. Let’s not forget to mention how extremely close it’s located to town. When traveling again to Breckinridge I definitely recommend this home as your home away from home.

Super easy check in and out. From the kitchen to bathrooms, it comes with everything you need. Hot tub was very nice. Spacious bedrooms with king and queen beds. Close to town for a pizza pick-up. Wonderful place for a ski trip.

Great house for Family Getaway
We had a great weekend in Breckenridge. The house was a wonderful setup for families, with bedrooms on all three floors. The kitchen was fully setup for family cooking, with plenty of dishes/glasses and cookware. The bedrooms were very comfortable, and plenty of bathrooms worked really well. Only a couple hiccups. First the check in time seemed kinda late at 4:30pm (with a fee of $50/hour for early checkin/checkout). I just don't understand why, if the cleaners are finished, they won't let you check in earlier. Second, the hot tub wasn't ready for us, and needed to be serviced the following day. Although they gave us a $40 refund for the inconvenience, this was disappointing. Although the service guy, Matty, was super nice and helpful. And the agency was clear in communicating about the problem and timeline for repair. It just meant we couldn't use the hot tub for 1/3 of our visit.

A wonderful place for a family reunion.
This property is about ten minutes by car from downtown Breckenridge. The house has three "adult" bedrooms and two separate "kids" rooms. The house was very clean and well supplied with towels in the bathrooms and had a well stocked kitchen for cooking large family meals. The stairs in the house are a bit steep for anyone with health issues. It is also built just off the highway and does have traffic noise. Overall we had a wonderful time getting our spread out family all together.

The pictures do this no justice! It is absolutely beautiful. So much space for a large group to stay comfortably. Had the privacy we wanted but was still close enough to town to enjoy all Breck has to offer. A family member saw the pictures from the weekend and is planning to book their stay soon!

What a comfortable home for 12!
This house was perfect for us! Everything you could possibly need is there. We had 8 adults and 4 kids and there was room for more! There was more than enough parking, the hot tub great and location really close to town if don't remember something for food/snacks or drinks. We will definitely look to book there again when heading to the Breck area.

Cozy home nestled on a hillside
MY family and i enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful home nestled next to a hillside lined with Ponderosa pine. I loved the open concept of the living space. The kitchen, dining and living room are opened and great for having conversations while we cooked dinner. The kids enjoyed sledding on the hillside. Great outdoor patio that gives you breathtaking views and its literally minutes from downtown Breckenridge. I would recommend this house and i would definitely be staying here in the future.
