Fantastic, Quiet Condo close to Everything
This was the perfect, cozy place to stay near Breckenridge. The place was very clean and well stocked with everything you might need. Close to everything but far enough to be quiet and peaceful. The covered parking is a really nice bonus!

We loved the stay. The place fit 4 comfortably with all of the sleeping arrangements. The bus stop was close and convenient. The walk in to town was close too on the warmer days. Only complaint was that the hot tub/pool was under construction still as of 2/28

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the place was clean, well furnished and in a good location. Only complaint is the comfort of the platform bed in the living room nook. The owners really should place a sheet of plywood or something solid between the 2X4's and the mattress. For anyone other than a small child, the 2X4's make it very uncomfortable.

Great location, great space. Nice interior. Comfortable. Clean. The pool is super deep (4 to 12 ft--less than 12 inches of space until it is 5ft+) and not great for little kids. The property was nice and very convenient.

Perfect 40-Moon Spot
My parent recently celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary. As a gift, my sister and I sent them right back to the exact same condo they honeymooned at 40 years ago. The property owner/manager was fantastic to interact with and always quick to respond. My parents really enjoyed themselves and the updated room. Highly recommend as a weekend getaway. Thanks!

Very nice place close to Main St. Includes everything needed for a home away from home stay. Only minor complaints are the very thin TP provided and the bed and couch weren't the most comfortable furniture I've ever slept/sat on.

Nice Condo Great Location
Well equiped Updated kitchen. The trundle bed in the living room is nice use of space. Condo is very close to the bus stop so you don't need to drive to the ski area or downtown. Managing company is very responsive to requests. Comfortly houses 4 adults. Only drawback is storage. No hanging closet and most of the drawers are used to store linens or are locked..

This place was extremely convenient, comfortable, clean, and updated. The shuttle is located just outside the parking lot, and just minutes away from the Beaver Run lift. The condo is nicely updated & comfortable. The staff is friendly and easy to work with. We had a flight delay, and we were able to extend our stay with ease.

Yes it is small, but it is so eloquently designed that our family of 5 (16, 12, & 7) stayed comfortably for almost an entire week! The kitchen is designed perfectly for the space and we definitely cooked more than we ate out; which is unheard of on vaca for us! The local grocer had an amazing selection we just couldn't help ourselves! And the view from the balcony we took in every single day and never got old despite the temps! The managing staff was so nice and informative! And despite going during a pandemic Breck did not disappoint! This was our first vaca outside of TX and we are looking forward to many more, hopefully some of which will be in this very location! Thank y'all so much for helping make our experience just that much more magical!!!
