Binge your favorite movies or shows on the cable TV after a day on the slopes, then take a little personal time with a trip to the community hot tub. You'll have downtown Breckenridge within a few minutes' walk, so be sure to take a day off from the mountain to get in a little exploring. And don't forget to take advantage of all the fantastic on-site amenities, including a game room with air hockey, arcade consoles, and Ping-Pong.
While winter guests can shred Breckenridge's spectacular ski runs, summer visitors will enjoy taking gorgeous hikes along the Blair Witch Trail, the Spruce Creek Trail, the Lily Pad Lake Trail, and other local favorites. Alpine Fishing Adventures is less than 10 miles north, ready to take you out to reel in some brown trout, rainbow trout, kokanee salmon, and arctic char.

The steam rooms, lift ticket office, Charter Sports (equipment rentals), and the Spa at Breckenridge are located on the first floor of BlueSky.
Amenities include an on-site ski lift ticket office, Charter Sports Ski and Snowboard Rentals, and the CU Tavern.
Complimentary shuttle service runs to the limits of downtown Breckenridge. Hours will vary, depending on the season.
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Ski shuttle details:
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
