Ski-In Condo on Four O'Clock Ski Run - 1 block from Downtown

Enjoy a bright and roomy ski-in 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with a spacious 1,200 sq. foot floor-plan right on Four O'clock Run! Pine Ridge 4C is a second floor, end unit that overlooks a quiet courtyard. Master Bedroom has a private deck that overlooks the Sawmill Creek and ski run.

This is the perfect location for serious skiers and shoppers alike. There’s no need for a car. Walk a few blocks to Snowflake Lift or catch the free shuttle to Snowflake Lift, Peak 8 or Peak 9. After a great day on the mountain, ski right to the condo along Four O’clock run. Take a quick soak in the hot tub located right behind the condo. You are only one block from downtown - there you will find plenty of restaurants and shopping to accommodate any taste.

Guests will appreciate all the amenities of home including a full kitchen, gas fireplace, baseboard heating, private washer/dryer and two private decks. The condo is fully stocked with necessary cooking, dining utensils and linens.

As our guest, you will have access to the Upper Village Pool, just a short walk from our building. That facility also has three more hot tubs and an updated locker room. (The pool does close for a month in the Spring and Fall).

Pine Ridge Condo complex also provides a gas fire pit along with picnic areas with gas grills (steps from the condo) for the summer months only. The fitness room and check-in lounge are available year round. Free parking for 1 car with parking pass (provided). A Christy Sports Ski & Snowboard rental shop is located on property.

Additional amenities include: free wireless internet, hair dryers, humidifiers, board games, guide books, toys/crayons/markers, cable TV with premium movie channels, Nintendo Classic located in 2nd bedroom, coffee machine, blender, crock pot, electric skillet and private ski locker (located on the first floor).

We offer a 10% discount on the nightly rate for stays of 7+ nights. Included in your reservation is a $5,000 damage insurance policy. This will show up as a $79 property fee when booking.

Great Location
Very comfortable and convenient. Perfect base for a ski trip. Ski in by the back door and walk a 100 yards or so to the lift at the beginning of the day. Layout of unit was perfect for our family. Would stay here again.

Great Ski Condo
We loved having family time in the mountains! True ski in, with a short walk to the shuttle to ski out. Well equipped kitchen, we cooked breakfast every day and a few dinners. It was perfect for our family of four.

We enjoyed being able to ski-in to the condo complex and the very easy access to the shuttle buses to get to the slopes. Great being within walking distance to the shops and restaurants in Breckenridge. Management company was very responsive and helpful.

We were able to enjoy this condo for a few weeks! The location is ideal and had most everything needed. The beds are very comfortable along with the linens. Loved being able to watch people ski by and the access to the hot tub was great. Hopefully, will stay here again.

Great Vacation
We had a wonderful stay in Breck. Location of property was perfect. Walk straight out to the street to be picked up by the Yellow or Brown bus. Short ride to Snowflake lift or Beaver Run lift. Ski 4 O'clock trial back to condo for lunch and end of day. Recommend taking the bus on the other side of the street to Breckenridge Station and riding the Gondola to Peak 7 or 8.

Great Location!
The property was very homey and welcoming. I would have given it a five star rating except we were very disappointed with the pool. It was closed the entire time of our stay. We spent over $100 to take our grandkids swimming everyday of our vacation at another location that was not very convenient.

Family ski trip
Great stay, roomy condo, we had four adults and had plenty of room. Walk to lift and ski in is accurate. Keep in mind there is no elevator. Short walk to town and restaurants was very nice. There were plenty of towels, toiletries garbage bags etc. which is appreciated. Only negative is that you will hear people on floor above you.

Everything you need for baby and young kids!!
We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location to Main Street is perfect and its also an easy walk to the gondola. The condo had plenty of room, the bunk beds in the kids room worked perfect for our 6 & 8 year olds, the Nintendo was a hit, the board games, toys, crayons and markers were very nice for our kids to play with. We brought our 11 month old with us and the condo was very baby friendly. It has a pack n' play and high chair, which was incredibly nice not to pack and bring with us. My reasoning for 4 stars is the master bathroom. The lack of a light over the shower really makes it difficult to take a shower. Other than the light the condo provided us with everything we needed and more!

Awesome location -- everything you need
As first time skiers and visitors to Breckenridge we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. Four O'Clock Rd. location is perfect for walking in town, all the bus stops you need (choice of 3 nearby), ski rentals in the parking lot (Christy's Sports), and all the amenities you need. The condo is well appointed and has everything for any length of stay. We stayed for 6 days, cooked in the condo on a few nights and found everything we needed to make us feel at home. The walk to main street is a breeze cutting through the city park across Park Ave. We walked everywhere we needed to be and found the bus routes easy to navigate. A friend and regular Breck skier visiting Breck stopped by to ski with us and couldn't believe what a fantastic location we had for the condo. I highly recommend this location ... you won't be disappointed.
