Loved the proximity to Main Street. Super comfortable place to stay. One note which I think is pretty typical of Breckenridge, there wasn’t any AC (or if there was there wasn’t any instructions for how to turn it on) so maybe bring a fan. But I loved the easy access to mainstreet and the river view.

Very nice condo in a great spot!
We went up for a weekend of downhill mountain biking, and the condo is in the perfect location right next to the lift. Super clean and comfortable accommodations along the creek.

Great rental! Kim is very communicative up front and made checking in so easy. The condo was very clean and well-kept. You cannot beat the location. Easy access to Main Street, and we never had to drive because everything was in walking distance.

You can't beat the location for a summer vacation - walking distance to downtown and restaurants. Basic condo, not fancy, but suited our needs. Wish there had been a few extras like sugar, teabags, and a few spices, etc.

Excellent condo, close to everything!
This was a beautiful, well equipped condo in what has become our favorite building in Breck. The condo is steps away from town, on the town transport line to get to the gondola (stop is right outside the front door), and has a helpful front desk to answer any questions about Breckenridge (and take your skis or board to store in a locker). The condo itself has views of town and the mountains, is updated, comfortable, and has everything you would need. We had a wonderful stay and would rent this one again in a heartbeat.

Very convenient! Great condo!
We were very pleased with this condo! It is in a great location! The free bus stops right in front of the building and takes you to the gondola. The "Four O'Clock"ski run ends right across the street from the building which is very nice for the end of the day. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a humidifier and a fan. We will recommend this unit to our family and friends.

The restaurant/bar was closed the whole time I was there. There were plenty of dining options nearby but I really like staying at places with nice bars. Overall, though, it was a very nice place to stay.

Wonderful long weekend in Breck
Everything was wonderful. Check in process was very easy. The condo was exactly as pictured. The location was perfect…right on the river and a 2 minute walk to Main Street. Short walk to the gondola. Rented e-bikes and rode to Frisco which I highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Nice and clean place, comfortable furniture. Best location in Breckenridge, everywhere was walking distance. Balcony has nice view of the river and town. Only drawback is unit is above a bar which can be loud if patrons are very boisterous.

Extremely nice condo
Was a great visit and the condo was great. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, is due to the elevator being out the entire stay. The condo was bery clean and up to date and had everything we needed.
