Pine Ridge is a ski back complex on the opposite side of 4 O'clock road, making this the ideal Breckenridge location. This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 8 with a king bed, a queen bed, twin bed, twin-over-twin bunkbed, and queen sleeper sofa. It features two private balconies, a beautiful stone-stacked gas fireplace, and two community hot tubs. Easily walk to the Snowflake lift or to the heart of downtown Breckenridge; avoid parking downtown and walk to world class restaurants and amazing shopping. Or you can grab a bus with a stop conveniently located right by the driveway entrance.

The spacious living area features ample furniture, a large flat screen TV with Roku, boardgames, and a gas fireplace. For added sleeping arrangements, there is a queen sleeper sofa. Extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. The first of two private balconies is just off the living area.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats six, with three additional seats available at the breakfast bar.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a private balcony, flatscreen TV with Roku, and en suite bathroom. The bathroom offers a separate vanity area, and a shower/tub combination. Just past the primary bedroom is the guest bedroom with a queen bed and tons of natural light. The in-unit washer/dryer is located in the closet just across from the guest bedroom. For your convenience, an initial supply of laundry detergent is provided. The guest bathroom is also just down the hall, featuring a shower/tub combination and a single sink vanity. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

Upstairs, the loft level offers ample sleeping for additional guests with a twin bed, and a twin-over-twin bunkbed. There are also two dressers for clothing storage and two armchairs for relaxing in this sun-soaked space.

**Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ivory white bedding modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay. The entire bed is remade with fresh, white linens for each guest arrival.

Lovely updated unit
We enjoyed the condo immensely. Updated decor and all the amenities. However, we didn't know until we received the check in instructions that it was on the fifth level with no elevator. Hard on our flatlander friends. Also the Pine Ridge office we were told to check in with said they don't manage that building. We had trouble accessing the keys because there were two boxes and the one labeled "guest keys" was the wrong one. Finally got in with the help of a maintenance man. We loved the unit! Felt like home by the time we left.

Everything was set up so nicely. The Christmas tree and outside lights on the balcony, the fireplace and plenty of room. Lots of seating and well equipped kitchen. It made our stay so enjoyable.

Family vacation
Everything was very clean. The unit was updated and felt very comfortable. Location into town is great. It really isn't an easy walking distance to a lift. You can walk to Snowflake lift (all uphill) but can't ski back to that lift (at least this time of year). However, it is much easier to walk across the street in front of the office and pick up the Yellow South FreeRide Bus. This will take you either to Snowflake or Beaver Run lift. This is so easy it makes up for the fact you just can't walk yourself to a lift. The ad says a short walk to Quicksilver lift which isn't really true, especially in ski boots. Also the unit is located 4 floors up. This wasn't really a big deal for us but if someone had a problem with doing stairs this may be an issue. Overall we would stay here again. Price was very reasonable and again location into town is a very short walk.

Great condo, great location
Condo was great. It was clean, nicely decorated, stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Beds and linens were comfortable. There were portable fans in both of the main floor bedrooms which were great for both airflow and a "white noise" machine. We didn't utilize the loft area, but it had three beds up there that would be perfect for kids. We didn't hear any neighbors while there, very quiet. Had coffee on the deck off the living area in the mornings, view was not fabulous, but there are some peek-a-boo mountain views which are nice. Unit is up several flights of stairs, so if you have mobility issues, it could be difficult for you. The location is fantastic for getting around Breckenridge by foot. It is centrally located and only a few blocks from the main street with all the shops and restaurants. The only issue we had was check-in. We never received the lockbox code. Was supposed to get it via text close to check in time. That never happened and we ended up calling after we arrived and it took about 25 minutes for the agent we spoke with to get it to us. She was very apologetic and did her best to remedy the situation. All in all, I would definitely return to this property.

Laborday getaway
Great weekend getaway for our group of 8. The condo is perfectly located just a 10min walk from mains street with all the shops and restaurants! It is also just a short walk to the gondola. The condo was clean, well stocked and enough space to comfortably fit our group of 8. Pool and hot tub amenities are a bit outdated and could use some TLC but the kids enjoyed them. Definitely a Breckenridge gem we would stay at again.
