Ski-in/ ski out (see photos), conveniently located next to Four O'Clock ski run, walk to downtown Breckenridge about 4 blocks away (or take the shuttle).   This beautifully remodeled condo in Tyra Summit II is conveniently located next to the Four O'clock ski run, above the Snowflake Lift!  Walk or clip off your skis/ snowboard on the front porch, lock them in the rack and walk in the front door and warm up and gaze at the fire through the glass door woodstove.  Unlike many mega-condo buildings in Breckenridge, this is a quiet condo with only six units in the building.  No long corridors, waiting for elevators or hiking up/ down stairways to contend with!

Take the free shuttle at the Snowflake Lift to a variety of stops around town or to the nearby town of Frisco. 24 hour self check-in, the front door is a short walk from the parking lot. All new appliances (Fall 2023)- range, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer.

This condo provides amazing views of the mountains and features a large, private balcony, lots of windows and a glass-front wood stove for those chilly nights (firewood is supplied). Spacious private off-street parking is included (cars, pickups and SUVs welcome).

This condo features flat screen HD TVs, Blu-ray/DVD players, kitchen appliances and the list goes on and on. Wireless high-speed internet is included. Well- equipped full sized kitchen with granite tile countertops. Includes range with oven, built-in large microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, dishes, crock-pot, coffee pot, toaster blender, mixer and much more.

Private bedroom (NOT a studio) featuring a king sized bed with luxurious pillow-top mattress . Bedroom also features flat screen HD TV/Blu-Ray/DVD and window with view of Four O'Clock ski run (across quiet dead-end road).

We enjoyed our visit to Breckenridge. The unit is conveniently located to all the shops and yummy restaurants. Only a 30 minute beautiful drive to Vail so we were able to enjoy both places without having to move. Unit is well stocked with everything needed

Nice mountain views and close proximity to downtown. The unit basically had all we needed but could some updating. It could use some welcoming touches such as Current year Breckenridge guides, updated and visible unit portfolio, balcony needed cleaning and sliding door was difficult to open and close. Unit was sufficient but not as inviting as others we have rented.

Great location on peak 8. Walk across the street, ski down to Snowflake lift or to the parking lot and a small walk to the gondola. Then ski back at the end of the day on 4 o'clock. Bit of a hike back up from town. Glad we had a car.

Great Location, great ski in/out
Condo was clean and well equipped to stay for our 7 day trip. The washer/dryer was key traveling in with ski/snowboard gear. Beautiful views of the mountains from the deck, and the walk to 4 0’clock was fine even for our 6yr old. Comfortable bed and the pullout was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever laid on, no bar in your back! Very short drive to Main Street, grocery store, and any other need you might have. Thanks John and Angela, your condo made our spring break awesome for our family! 100% would definitely stay again!

We could not have had a greater time! The condo was in great shape with everything you need for a memorable stay. The location was perfect. Step outside and you are right on 4 o’clock trail. This property was perfect was the four of us. As long as the kids don’t mind sleeping on the pull out sofa. It’s a very quick walk to the 4 O’Clock Run. Quick walk into town. And we love the skiing at Breck

Excellent location, very comfortable
We loved our stay in this unit. This property is right across the street from the 4'oclock trail so you easily ski down to the snowflake lift and onto the mountain. The woodburning fireplace is cozy and inviting. The kitchen is well stocked. We used the slow cooker to prepare a hot meal for after a long day of skiing. The washer and dryer are game changers when you travel with kids. Great place. We will definitely stay here again.
