The living area features comfortable furnishings and a beautiful river-rock gas fireplace. The large flat-screen TV is perfect for catching your favorite show or watching the game as you relax after a long day of skiing Breckenridge Ski Resort’s world class terrain or shopping on historic Main Street. The kitchen is just off the living area and has everything you need to whip up a culinary masterpiece for the whole gang. There’s plenty of room for everyone at the dining room table, which seat up to 9. And of course, the private hot tub is also the perfect place to rejuvenate after an action-packed day in the Rocky Mountains.

The home also boasts a private attached bathroom for every bedroom, a 1-car garage, and a private laundry area with a washer/dryer. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Went to Breck for a family ski weekend. Quick walking distance to town and the gondola. We enjoyed our stay and would love to stay here again in the near future!

This is a perfect home for a family or friends. Home was spacious and well appointed. The location is perfect if people want to ski/shop/dine out at different times because it is so close to the gondola and everything on Main Street. Would love to stay again!

Great Breckenridge Townhome!
Our stay at Just Walk Inn was fantastic. The townhome was everything it is described to be and more. The best part is the great location to the Gondola that takes you directly to the Peak 7 and 8 base camps. We were able to walk everywhere. The access codes were a tad bit confusing, but once we figured it out it was a breeze. Would highly recommend and we will definitely stay there again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Great Stay in Breck!
This house had plenty of space, was clean, and enjoyed having a bathroom for each bedroom. Beds and linens were comfortable. Kitchen appliances were very new and clean. Minor issue with primary bath sink drainage, but host was very responsive. Garage is a bit undersized - will not fit a large SUV but was able to fit a Subaru with a Thule on top. Convenient access to the gondola and downtown Breckenridge - very walkable. Definitely would consider renting again if available!

Perfect location
The location of this property was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! Easy and quick walk to gondola and mountain access. Property is located right downtown and we walked everywhere- only used the car to transport groceries and go to rec. center. There was plenty of space for our family of 5 and an east kitchen to cook in. Will definitely book again!

Great location and space for a family.
Our stay in Breck was just two nights. We had just wrapped up 4 days of skiing in Copper and our trip to Breck was merely sightseeing. With that said I can't comment on access to the slopes. However, this location was perfect for exploring Main Street. We walked everywhere upon arrival. Loads of cute shops and great food options are all within walking distance. As for the condo, I have a 12-year-old daughter and a 15-year-old son who both enjoy some downtime alone. It was nice for everyone to have their own space and private bathroom. The added benefit of the hot tub was great!! Parking in the garage and laundry room were nice features as well. Definitely would recommend.

Excellent stay for ski weekend
This house was a perfect fit for our friends ski trip. The house was amazingly located near the gondola and bus routes so that access to the peaks was a breeze. The location was superb for exploring downtown as well. We appreciated the layout for multiple couples who could enjoy their own room and bathrooms. Our feedback is all minor and did not prevent us from fully enjoying the house and amenities - but we did run through the silverware throughout each meal and there was some trash under each of the beds upon arrival. There were also issues with door locks and handles but they resolved that quickly when the handyman came by. Perhaps a comment of caution is that the hottub is a a few steps up on the deck and they were iced over which made it a precarious climb. As stated, none of this prevented us from fully enjoying the stay and the house really was a perfect fit. We also thoroughly enjoyed the games and fireplace.

Lovely spot for a girls weekend!
This house was perfect for our group of 8 women! The location was lovely, the kitchen was well-stocked for us to cook meals together, and the deck and hot tub were beautiful spots to relax. The rental contacts were quick to reply and very helpful. We would absolutely stay here again!
