The Neighborhood:
This is one of the BEST locations in Breckenridge! Located in the heart of downtown Breckenridge, this home is just steps away from the all that Breckenridge has to offer. This home is conveniently located within a 10 minute walk to the Quicksilver lift at the base of Peak 9. Walk two blocks to Main Street or take the free bus anywhere in town from the stop just outside the home. This house is located right across the street from the Breckenridge Ice Rink and the Trollstigen Trail which is where Isak Hearthstone (a 15-foot tall wooden troll sculpture) is located. Parking - 2 cars in the garage and two outside of the garage.
Getting Around:
This home is located in the heart of Breckenridge! Walk anywhere in town or to the Quicksilver lift. Alternatively, with the Breck Free Ride bus stop just out the door, hop on the shuttle to get anywhere in a couple of minutes. A car is not needed as it is in the heart of town and walkable to everything in Breckenridge. The Quicksilver lift accessing Peak 9 is just a 7 minute walk from the house. Two minutes away you will find a shuttle stop with a bus which will take you to any base area (base 7, 8, or 9) or anywhere in town.

Cancellation Policy: Once the reservation is confirmed and the first portion of the payment has been made, those funds are non refundable. The remaining balance will be due thirty days before your arrival. Once the balance is paid, that portion is also non-refundable. If the ski area shuts down or a public health order prevents us from hosting you during your reserved time, you will be eligible for a full refund or will be able to reschedule.
