The Estate at Baldy Ridge, set on 3 private wooded acres, is perfect for large family reunions, corporate retreats, or groups of friends who vacation together. Countless amenities include a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances, two spacious dining areas, multiple intimate gathering spots, multiple wet bars, and six fireplaces (1 decorative in rec area). The multi-level living spaces afford all guests the comforts of home and privacy when desired. The lower “Recreation” level of the home houses a 90-inch home theater, wet bar, pool table, foosball, arcade game, and shuffleboard. This estate home also features several outdoor amenities, including one of the largest swim spas in the area, an expansive deck with amazing views large enough to seat the entire group, and a gas grill.

Recently elevated by the new owners, the home features elegant artwork, vintage ski photography, new dining/breakfast room seating, custom rugs, throw blankets, vintage pillows, and other furnishings. All eight “named” bedrooms feature new (i) “triple sheet” bedding, (ii) hypoallergenic alternative down comforters and ample king and standard pillows, (iii) quality towels, (iv) iconic Pendleton wool blankets and Kilim throw pillows.

The award-winning Lodge at Breckenridge Restaurant & Bar is minutes away when you do not feel like cooking, need a nearby market, or a day at the Alpine Spa. The free Summit Stage Shuttle bus stop that serves all of Breck is a short walk (.33 miles) away and the driving distance to the ski area is 8 minutes (2.1 miles). Amenity extras include an attached garage, ample parking, and a laundry room with a secondary refrigerator.

Great stay at Baldy Mountain
We had 7 guys in our golf trip through Breck and couldn't have had a better experience. The home was beautiful and located in a quiet neighborhood with amazing views. I would highly recommend staying at Baldy Mountain!

Fun and comfortable
This place was perfect for our mixed group of families wit young kids, singles, and couples. The layout made it so that kids could be napping while adults played. The kitchen is the best stocked I’ve seen and the property is just gorgeous inside and out. We had very pleasant exchanges with the property managers and the place was clean nd tidy. We look forward to staying again

Amazing house!
We had 7 people here for the weekend and it was stunning. It was very clean and exactly as advertised. The basement bar area was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend this !

We held a Family get-together (my husband and I, our 4 kids and their spouses and children.) We enjoyed the property and the location. I especially liked the downstairs where the kids could go play pool and watch movies while the adults were fixing food, etc. The views were beautiful and we got some great family photos with the views and the wildflowers.

Colorado Family Vacation
The house was absolutely fabulous. There were six families, including my wife and I and all of our children and their children. There was a bed for everyone. The game room was fabulous. The kitchen was good size and perfect for our family. The hot tub was a big hit in the trails around the house were perfect for daily hikes. The town of Breckenridge is awesome and the surrounding area activities were a big hit with the whole family.

3 Generation Family Fun
We had a wonderful family vacation at Baldy Estates. The views from the deck were fabulous. As great as the house was, it was the views that took our breath away. The house had plenty of bedrooms so that all 13 of us were more than comfortable. The lower level with the pool table, arcade games, and big screen tv was a highlight for our grandsons. The kitchen and laundry room were outfitted with top of the line appliances. We really appreciated the quality and number of towels provided. It was so convenient to have soaps, paper towels, and toilet paper provided. We have stayed at many vrbo properties and this one is at the top of our list.

Some upkeep needed
There is a pool table, but only 1 stick, the others were damaged. The bed in the Master is very uncomfortable. The shower in the master needs to have the handle put back on. It is a beautiful property, but it needs a little TLC currently.

Fantastic home!
We had a offsite team building meeting and the home was the perfect set up for it. The home had just about everything we needed. We had a personal chef come in and cook dinner for us and the kitchen was nicely stocked with all the things they needed. Basement was well designed with the games, entertainment center, pool table etc. The small opportunity for improvements would be to offer recycling bins in the garage for those that want to recycle and provide a more robust cable channel offering. Overall, still worth renting and enjoying the establishment. Highly recommend it!

RRR provides above average customer service with courtesy and focus before, during, and after the rental. Estate at Baldy Ridge is the ideal house for large groups that need multiple sleeping arrangements. The owners have done an excellent job of providing a first class experience. And you're only 10 minutes away from peak 9 (with snowy roads. We would definitely rent this property again and without a doubt we will use RRR.

We've stayed in multiple houses throughout the West for ski vacations and this is by FAR the nicest place we've ever stayed. River Ridge Rentals was very responsive. Due to all the snow, we had a leak in the garage and a garage door problem. They responded in minutes.

Not as expected!
There is no doubt that the size of the house is amazing. We had 15 people here and even when we were all in one area we never felt cramped or crowded. Also, River Ridge Rentals was very good at responding to the issues that arouse during our stay. With that said, this house is not in the condition we expected. We had issues with so many appliances that didn’t work, and the furniture is old and worn. Just my opinion, this house is for sale and the owner is not putting the money needed in to fix things.

The accommodations at Estate at Baldy Ridge is phenomenon .From the back deck that faces the peaks of the mountains of Breckenridge , to the privacy that this corner lot affords you is stunning. With 10 kids of all ages this fantastic lower level was a gathering place each and every night . it has something for all of us . pool table, shuffle board table,foosball table, video game machine.And a movie theater, which was used almost every night . Estate at Baldy Ridge is one of a kind . We will be back. By the way as always the supporting staff was as good as you would expect from the River Ridge Rentals Staff. Thats why we always deal with them.

Beautiful home but needs some upgrading for the price
We enjoyed staying at the beautiful home, but the overall thoughts about all the beds was that they were hard and uncomfortable including the pillows. The master bath had such a musty smell in it that I had to hold my nose while rushing to take a shower in it. There were a lot of little things that weren't working or there were no instructions. Maintenance was very quick to respond to our concerns but to keep having to call or email asking questions was a pain when we had a full schedule of activities. We actually left the night before check out because we wanted to go home and sleep in our comfy beds. Seems like such a nice home with a high rental amount would also have cozy beds. Needs some updating.
