West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite lot, which also accommodates RVs and trailers.

Colorado Traction Law:
From September through May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is in effect for all drivers traveling on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero as well as US-285 to Breckenridge . This law mandates that vehicles must be equipped with either four-wheel or all-wheel drive and snow-rated or mud + snow tires. Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. If you’re renting a car, be sure to confirm with your rental company that your vehicle meets these requirements.

Had a great stay with our family. Many historic homes nearby. Great location, just a few blocks to Main Street. Porch was large enough for all 6 of us to sit and visit while grilling and enjoying the views.

Lovely home just blocks from Main St, located in an excellent part of Breck. The spacious LR is great for relaxing conversation, and the Media Room is so wonderful, with the theater chairs and BIG screen TV. The house seems to be in the middle of good times!

Mountain Oasis

Our family had the pleasure of staying at this fresh, clean and cozy retreat, just a short walk from Main Street. Loved the outdoor sitting area in the evenings and for morning coffee. The kitchen was spacious and convenient, with direct access to the dining room. We even had an 8-person dinner party one night when other visiting friends dropped in for several hours. Easy walk to the gondola, restaurants, shops and more. Beds were comfortable and well-appointed, and parking was more than ample. Would definitely stay here again when we return to Breckenridge.

Great location, great property. Will stay again. Only complaint is that to be so “dog” friendly, it was disappointing that the back fenced area was not usable. Gate could not be opened due to season long build up of ice and snow. Nor was the dog door useable.

Grab your dates now! Enjoy a comfortable, well-equipped, and up-to-date vacation home in beautiful Breckenridge. The media room/theatre and outside areas are added attractions. You can even bring your dog! Everything and every activity are close by: outstanding restaurants, art galleries. museums, shopping, hiking, free gondola rides, snow skiing, SUP at Lake Dillion, music venues and a variety of festivals. Breck Time

We live in CO, about 2.5 hours away. But in Feb, we like to be closer for skiing, snowshoeing and other winter fun without the drive. This home, recently renovated, was perfect. Pet friendly with a dog door to a fenced back yard was awesome! Xfinity and WiFi were super fast for work times. The property management team is professional and responsive. Location is fantastic and this is definitely a home to bookmark and save for future trips.

Great week in Breck

Our stay at High St. Hideaway was delightful. The description and photos were right on. The kitchen IS well appointed and has a large wooden table which easily seats eight. Although not needed, the dog door is clever. The entertainment area is great with its bar and large t.v. with sound system. The reclining chairs were a treat to relax and watch movies. We really were able to walk to everything. Brecks history with gold mining is very interesting and we enjoyed the tours. A wonderful place to return to!

My family and I stayed here for a ski vacation. There were 6 adults and 2 children ages 7 and 5. The house was very comfortable for all of us, we had everything we needed, and the property manger was very responsive to a couple of minor needs. The location is great!

Fancy and location!!!

This place is In a great area. It's far enough away for quietness. But close enough to walk into town! Wifi was good. We had a kinda rough checkin because there was a leak in the downstairs bathroom but it was only me and my partner instead of 4 people so it was really fine because we didn't need two bathrooms. Kinda sad the chairs weren't working in movie theater area. But with the leak I assumed they were unplugged for a reason! No biggy. For a longer stay then 3 days we probably would've tried another bed in the house as the upstairs master mattress was very uncomfortable, we woke up with semi sore backs after the first night. Also, living area and kitchen didn't have shades/blinds, but maybe that was the aesthetic they were going for. Those were just little things that we'd add/update if it was ours. But other wise everything fantastic. We were gonna bring our pet and ended up leaving her and they were very accommodating with that decision as it was very last minute. Thanks guys!!

High Street Hideaway Review

We stayed in the High Street Hideaway back in September. What a perfect location! This home was well thought out and clean! We could walk a short distance to downtown main street with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. This home has everything you need and more for a comfortable stay. We like to cook, the kitchen was well stocked and had everything you need to entertain. The beds were comfortable and the home is a perfect set up for families or a couples who wants to get away from it all. We hiked Quandary Peak which was a short drive. We will definitely come back to stay in this beautifully decorated home!
