The condo has undergone some recent updates including new hallway and kitchen flooring as well as a brand-new bathroom. There is a private stackable washer/dryer in the unit for your use.

Weekend getaway
This condo was conveniently located and rather affordable for a weekend getaway. While the property is clean, it is showing its age which is to be expected. it had everything we needed for our three nights stay. I would stay here again. Something to note for all future guest… you will need three different access codes for the property. One for the parking lot one for the front door to the building and one for the front door. We were only provided with the first and third and had to phone Vrbo to obtain the front door code. Also, finding your way to the parking lot is simple after you have walked the neighborhood and have the lay of the streets. Upon first arrival, not so simple to find parking. Lastly, you will need to put the parking pass in your window. It took us a couple of days to find it inside the condo.

Breckenridge is wonderful and the bus shuttles and gondola make getting around a breeze. This unit is small and nice. It could benefit from a deep cleaning and upgrading towels, linens and minor household goods.

It was a great stay. This is an awesome location with a great view and privacy. My only comment is it was a little hard to figure out the directions into the building late at night. A picture of the front with the door requiring the first door code would be helpful! Thank you again.

Awful Customer Service
We were driving to Colorado when VRBO cancelled our stay-they said it was double booked. We had to scramble and find somewhere else that took our dog since she was already in the car with us. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been on the phone with VRBO and the property management company saying they didn’t have a reservation for us. Yet it says it was booked and now I just got an email inquiring about our stay! What a joke!! I will never go through vrbo again! Not helpful at all!! Added a lot of stress to a quick vacation!

The location of the property can not be beat. Super walkable. Actually finding the parking lot and the unit was difficult, especially after a day of traveling and driving into Breckenridge. One of the blinds is still broken in the slider. I accidentally dropped something under the bathroom sink and it hasn’t been swept under there in months. But…the price and location was worth it.

The condo has an excellent location. I have the following criticism. 1). No parking permit was provided at the condo. It took two days to locate a parking permit. This is a terrible inconvenience when your days are full trying to enjoy a relatively expensive vacation. 2) The bar stools do not fit the kitchen counter. Not useable for eating. The only table to eat at can only accommodate three people. This was not an inconvenience for me but a would be for a larger party. 3) The location is excellent. Very convenient. The view is also excellent.

Don’t stay here until upgrades are made
The location of this property was perfect. However, there were so many flaws. The kitchen in this unit was dirty as were the carpets. Both sets of closet doors were broken and unusable. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The sliding door was hard to open and missing a screen. The same goes for the windows. After the first night there I insisted that we leave the property and stay somewhere else.

The location of this condo is great. It’s one street behind Main St, so easy access to the shops. The condo was pretty clean, but it definitely needs some work. The sliding glass door to the patio is a massive pain to open and close, as is the screen door. Neither stay on their tracks very well, and the screen does not fully close. The blinds covering window didn’t fully open or close on one side. The bathroom has a constant off smell that we couldn’t quite place. While the customer service team tried to support us in the best ways possible, there was confusion with conflicting information given, especially regarding parking. The directions about where to park are not the same across the board and different depending where you looked, also, one agent told us we needed a permit and another said we do not. Turns out, the parking is located behind the building down an ally and all you need a gate code. Overall, we had a good time and it was a decent stay. Just nothing spectacular or to rave about.

A few issues
We had bees inside the unit, dishes and cookware had to be washed before use due to dried on food and oil on put away dishes, bath mats looked like never washed, could barely use deck sliding door and then screen fell off, inside cabinets and closets are filthy, can opener and other items need replaced. Unit needs to be gone through. No trash key card provided. We left a day early. Only good point is location.

This is a beautiful condo in a great location, it just seemed to not be very well cared for. The screen door was off its track and ajar when we arrived. The sliding glass door had smears of some kind like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. There were brown smears on the bedroom door frame. The blanket on the bed was very dirty and had pieces of wood/large splinters stuck to it in several places. There’s decent water damage to the ceiling in the kitchen, which leads to concerns about mold. The carpets were very dirty and had stains everywhere. And there was dog hair on the pillows and sheets. This truly would be an amazing place to stay if it wasn’t so dirty/unkempt.

a few complaints.....
Had a few problems. 1. The morning of our arrival, my husband was ill. We called and were told to call the insurance company to cancel. When we finally reached the insurance company, they told us that we had to call you back again. Very frustrating. I decided to keep the reservation and go with a friend instead. 2. There was no information given on where to find the parking lot. We finally found it and entered 2222. We could not get in. We found out later that we had to enter #. This should be made more clear on your directions. 3. The door to the bedroom was locked and the door to the patio was broken and would not open. The maintenance man finally came, two hours later, because he was given the wrong phone number, which was not his fault. He was very friendly and tried very hard to fix the patio door, but could not. 4. The window screen by the patio was broken. 5. The carpet was dirty. It needs to be cleaned or replaced.

The description states that the condo is on the second floor. This may be technically accurate, but it includes 3 flights of stairs. We are ages 71 and 67, so this was a no-go. The condo doesn't look anything like the pictures, and wasn't especially clean. We were so disappointed in the property that we didn't even unload. We didn't stay there at all. And we wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Excellent location; adequate amenities
The location of this condo cannot be beat. It’s only one block off Main and right on the free bus line. Unfortunately, some of the amenities were just okay. This is definitely not one of those rentals with a personal touch. There was no soap to wash your hands in the kitchen and only a tiny little bar of soap in the bathroom. The parking situation is good (gated lot behind the unit) IF you have the code, but we had the misfortune of being there when the code was changed by building management, and it took a bunch of calls and texts over the course of 18+ hours to try to get the new code. We ultimately got it from a business tenant in the building. I think because we rented via VRBO, and the unit is managed by Vacasa, there were too many middlemen and no one knew who would have the updated information. We paid to park and fortunately did not get ticketed or towed during that time (no street parking anywhere around the unit from 2-6am). I was told I’d be reimbursed, but that was several days ago and I have not been. Also, the check out instructions tell you to take the trash to a trash shed in the alley before you leave. The shed is locked at all times, and there was no key to the shed. It’s all little stuff, and overall the condo was fine, but those are the reasons I did not give 5 stars.

Nice place but a few quirks
This is a great place but some more communication would be helpful. We struggled a lot with the parking (how to put in the code to park in the lot) and it took a lot of time before we finally figured it out. Directions could help. The code on the door also was confusing and more directions could help. The fireplace was never on because we could not figure it out. All of these things could use explanation. I guess our biggest recommendation would be having some basic food support (olive oil or some spice) as we were surprised there was nothing. Again, just let folks know in advance there is not a single bit of spice here. All of these things would benefit by directions for folks. Having said that, we loved the location, town and the place was nice. Thanks!
