The Bear's Den is a true ski-in, ski-out condo located within the Village at Breckenridge resort, and nestled between Peak 9 and historic Downtown Breckenridge on Main Street. Recently remodeled with a full kitchen and bathroom, this beautiful lift-side studio is a real gem!

The owners invite you to enjoy their cozy "home away from home" while exploring all of the grandeur that makes Breckenridge a premier ski and vacation resort.

Things you should know:

1 - At many lodges in Breckenridge including the Village, there are less onsite parking spaces than there are condos for rent. Because parking spaces at the Village often sell out during peak rental periods, there is a nightly fee that is separate from booking fees that we must pass on if you elect to bring a vehicle and choose the onsite parking option. Onsite parking should be requested at the time of booking due to limited availability.

Current Overnight Parking Rates:

Nov 1 - Apr 30 - $50/night
May 1 - Oct 31 - $30/night

VILLAGE AT BRECKENRIDGE RESORT FEE:

The Village at Breckenridge has a daily resort fee of $17.50 per day. This will appear as a "property fee" upon booking.

2 - There is a No Smoking Policy which is strictly enforced by the Village HOA and violators will be fined. This includes any cigarette, vape and marijuana products.

3 - There is a No Pet Policy which is strictly enforced by the Village HOA and violators will be fined.

4 - Service Animals, as defined by Title II and Title III of the ADA, are allowed. The work or tasks performed by a Service Animal must be directly related to a guest staying at the property, and to that individual’s disability. Emotional Support, Comfort and Therapy animals are not Service Animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA, and are not permitted.
