LOCATION – This home is located in the coveted ski-in / ski-out Warrior’s Mark neighborhood near Peak 9 & 10. Advanced skiers are able to access the ski resort via the Burro Trail (located just one block from the home, conditions permitting). When accessing these trails you are outside of the ski resort boundary for a short time - these areas are not maintained or patrolled and should only be skied at your own risk. The trail is also great for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and hiking. Main Street Breckenridge is less than two miles away where guests can enjoy shopping, dining, nightlife and all that Breckenridge has to offer.

AMENITIES – The fully stocked island kitchen features custom cabinetry, polished granite counters and Thermador stainless steel appliances, all designed to make meal preparation enjoyable and easy. Settle into the living area, light the gas fireplace and watch TV with your family and friends. The lower level media room is furnished with comfortable leather furniture to watch a game or movie on the large screen TV. On sunny days or chilly nights, step onto the deck, maybe see some wildlife, enjoy the extreme peace and beauty of the area or to soak in the hot tub after an adventure-filled day.

Amazing Location
We had a lovely short stay at the Cloud Cabin with adults and kids. Everything was clean, well stocked, and convenient. The views from the deck are amazing! The hot tub was also a lovely addition. Our only regret, was not staying longer. We highly recommend this property.

The house is beautiful; fantastic view of the mountains. Kitchen was well stocked, the property was very clean, and the management company was helpful and very responsive. Only suggestion is a new mattress for the room in lower level with the en suite.

Great house, great view!!
The location was amazing which gave us some amazing views of the slopes. The house was just perfect for our family! The free shuttle to the slopes stopped literally at the end of the driveway which was very convenient and perfect at the end of a long day of skiing. We will definitely try to stay in this warm and cozy house again. It felt like home.

Better than expected
Everything about the property was immaculate. Was way more than I expected. I’ve stayed in multiple properties in breckenridge and this one takes the cake. Couldn’t imagine a better place to stay out there. Very easy checkout process too. They don’t ask you to be their maid which is a huge plus. Stay here or you’ll regret it.

Gorgeous ski home
The cozy, yet spacious, gorgeous home is set with beautiful Mountain Views. A shuttle stop right outside to take skiers/boarders a quick 5 minute trip to the resort. Super easy! The house was plenty stocked with furniture, blankets, etc.

Great house; minor complaint
Overall, this is a beautiful house in a great neighborhood just to the south of Breck proper (underneath Peak 10 on the Ten Mile range). It is comfortable, well-stocked, clean, and has a beautiful view. It is also laid out very well and conducive to a large number of people staying there at once. You won't go wrong staying here. My one complaint has to do with the internet, which was not working very well when we stayed at the house. Management was fantastic in trying to help us with the situation, so I have no complaints there; it's just that the owner needs to desperately update their router. With that fix (which I suspect will happen pretty fast), this would easily be a five-star review for me.

Beautiful Mountain Stay
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house certainly exceeded our expectations - it was clean, well furnished, and had everything for our stay. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The living space was perfect for the larger group to convene. The hot tub was amazing after a day of skiing, and unlike other sites we’ve been at, it functioned perfectly. The ski in/out is fairly unlikely unless you’re a great skier, but the shuttle picks up right at the end of the driveway and runs every 20 minutes - it takes you right to Peak 9. It was all perfect - I’d certainly stay again!

Great potential, but needs some attention
Our weekend stay at Cloud Cabin was just OK. The best part was the location of the house, which helped with trying to get a family with 3 young kids skiing and the hot tub. The shuttle stop is at the driveway and runs every 15 minutes. Our first impression of the house was amazing: clean, newer, modern, etc. As we settled in, we quickly realized that it definitely needs some attention: - dishes in cabinets were dirty (mugs with hot chocolate caked on, plates with food, utensils with caked on food) - dirty dishwasher (food caked on inside) - dust on hood, shelves, mantle, light fixtures - sticky floors - wii remotes did not work (my kids were disappointed) - master shower door does not close all the way and water leaks out - lots of stains and tears on carpets and rugs - cracks in walls and scuff marks - holes in towels - not very kid friendly (no kid dishes, high chair, crib, toys/activities) - weather stripping on sliding door would fall out every time sliding door was opened. Overall, our experience was ok, but given that we paid more than $2,500 for 2 nights, I expected it to be cleaner and better maintained. For that price, I expected more… Things that could be improved: - cleanliness/maintenance - family games (we did find a couple puzzles and a deck of cards), but maybe some board games and kids’ books - a privacy screen at the hot tub (it’s right next to the street)

Perfect Getaway cut short, but beautiful property
As many people across the the country and world experienced, our ski trip to Breck was over before it even began, due to COVID-19. The slopes closed only an hour after we checked into the house, picked up our ski rentals and bought our groceries for the week. 😱 The house, though, was beautiful and comfortable and we would have been glad to stay in peaceful setting (even without the skiing), but we were concerned that the airports might close and we would be stranded. During our short stay, we took advantage of the well-equipped kitchen to cook our meals and prepare snacks throughout the day, finding everything we needed in the well-organized kitchen. We also took advantage of the hot tub, which was easy to access and operate and felt wonderful for weary travelers. There was plenty of room for our two families (four adults and four kids total) to spread out and enjoy the living spaces. The kids liked hanging out in the downstairs den and the adults enjoyed the very comfortable living space adjacent to the kitchen. The heated garage and ping pong table was a hit with the kids and adults and we managed to work in a few tournaments. The mud room was so well laid out with plenty of room to keep everyone’s snow gear organized and contained. ( No need for everyone to be searching through the house for their missing glove or hat.) Everything in the house was comfortable.....even my twelve-year-old daughter commented about how comfortable the pull-out sofa bed was in the downstairs den, with a super comfy mattress! Last of all, but certainly not least, the property managers were INCREDIBLE ! All communication, from the time we booked our stay until after we left, was timely, helpful, professional and welcoming. On the phone, before the trip, the staff at Pinnacle Lodging was exceptional and accommodating and that high service level carried all the way through the trip. They made things so easy, which is heaven in my book! They stayed in communication via text during our stay and made it super easy to reach them for questions. Can’t say enough good things about their level of service! I will also mention that we ordered groceries and oxygen to be delivered the day of arrival and the property managers coordinated that delivery with the vendors so that everything was in perfect order and waiting for us when we got there. We hated to cut our visit to Breck short, but we will definitely book this property again for a future visit!!

Nice size home for everyone to have their own space and then gather in the living room and downstairs rec room for family time. The home was very clean. Linens were good quality. Great hot tub. One minor thing - there were more stairs than we expected. Overall, a good experience.

Beautiful House!
The stay was fantastic. The house and amenities were great with a great location and fantastic setting. The only drawback was the construction currently happening on all sides of the house, so spending time on the decks hearing the outdoors was a little difficult. Other than that, we had a phenomenal week!
