The Space:
This cozy home offers up the warmth and comfort of a classic cabin while its phenomenal location provides easy access to all of the entertainment, dining, and recreation options that Breckenridge has to offer. As you enter, you will find a roomy bench and ample hooks that invite you to unload your gear and make yourself at home.

From there, you can continue into the spacious and striking living area with its tall ceilings, abundant windows, and a stone, wood-burning fireplace that serves as a stately focal piece for the room. Settle in on the generous and plush sectional or nestle into one of two armchairs and unwind while taking in the fire’s warmth. A flat-screen TV equipped with streaming options sits above a console full of games, which you can set up on the roomy coffee table that rounds out this fabulous space.

Thanks to this home’s open-concept layout, you will find the charming dining area, with a table that seats six, just a short distance away, should you require more space to tackle a puzzle or take on your loved ones in a game. Hop on the FREE Main Street Trolley and bask in the beautiful mountain setting of this historic mining town turned iconic resort destination.

Getting Around:
This home's incredible placement in the heart of Breckenridge means you can walk just about everywhere. There are also two bus stops on the FREE Breck Free Ride bus system within steps of this home at French & Jefferson and French & Adams Streets. The Breck Free Ride buses connect you to multiple lines that can take you all around Breckenridge and its neighboring towns of Dillon, Silverthorne, and Frisco. Uber/Lyft are also always available.

Family Vacation
This town house is in the perfect location: quiet neighborhood yet very close to Main Street where you can find lots of shopping, activities, and delicious restaurants. A plus for us was the garage. It snowed the entire time we were in Breckinridge, but we never had to worry because our car was protected in the garage versus being parked on the street and covered in snow. We had no trouble getting out either as our driveway and walkway to the house was always shoveled and easy to enter and exit. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed the accommodations. It worked well with our family, each having their own space (& bathroom)! The location was so convenient to Main St and all of the restaurants & shops. It is also easy to get to the Gondola for skiing if you choose. The ability to have two vehicles parked at the condo (1 in a garage!) was also very convenient. The place had everything needed to make a good home base for the week. Definitely would consider booking again.

Great Condo, close to Main St. and the ski lift!
The condo was perfect for what we needed. It was about a 5 minute walk to the ski lift and even closer to Main St. where most of the shops and restaurants are located. I had a couple of questions for the host during our stay that were answered promptly. The bunk beds were great for our kids and the master bedroom was very roomy. There is a detached garage as well as on street parking. We would DEFINITELY stay here again.

Perfect Location
Easy to get to and from Gondola lot to get up to Peak 7 and 8. Just a few blocks from the main street for food and shopping. Would stay here again! We had a total of 8 on our trip, 6 were our kids & their significant others ranging from 21 - 25 yrs old. Beds were comfortable, master bath was the perfect set up. Plenty of kitchen ware available for use. Nate was quick to respond upon our arrival. Highly recommend.

Fantastic place, walk to everywhere, right in the heart of Breck!
We had a 3 generation guys weekend, ages 13-63. This place was perfect, fit all our needs. I don't ski as much as the others, so walking around town was perfect for me, while they skied. I highly recommend it!

We rented this property based on the description provided, unfortunately we were very disappointed. The tv service was nonexistent, the heat was preprogrammed and we froze most of the weekend, the fireplace didn't put out heat, we were only provided one towel per person our entire stay and no one shoveled the sidewalks during our stay- we had 6 inches of snow the day we arrived- it was difficult to navigate around the snow and ice.

excellent location!!! We walked to and from the ski resort everyday and into the town. The grocery store is also only a block away, which is wonderful for quick trips. The place has plenty of space and a wood burning fire, which we loved! The owner was wonderful to work with, we had the router go out on us and the owner quickly got to work having another shipped. The garage storage was also key because we were able to store all our ski stuff!!!
