Exploring Historic Main Street is one of the most exciting things about visiting Breckenridge. The other best thing about Breckenridge is riding the Breckenridge Ski Resort Gondola strait from the middle of town to the base of Peak 8. And this charming condo is directly on Main Street only a block from the gondola – plus, the free shuttle stops just outside on Main Street. Talk about location!

This is the cutest, most quaint and cozy downtown one bedroom in all of Breckenridge! If you want to be right in town and have the privacy of you're own carriage house, look no further. Brittany Place Condo can comfortably accommodate four people. The living area is warm and cozy, with a gas fireplace, and a flat-screen TV for movies and catching the morning snow report. The fully equipped kitchen features a range, microwave, mini-fridge, and pots/utensils. The dining table seats four.

There’s garage parking for one vehicle (smaller vehicles only – electric car charger provided). And all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Our helpful staff is also available 24/7 should you need anything.

The location is fantastic, right off Main St. and a very short walk to the gondola. The parking is ideal for a small SUV and the place was clean with all the essentials needed. Would love to return here in the future.

The perfect little spot

We stayed here during the fall and loved it! The location is perfect for someone who’s interested in being close to all the shops and restaurants. Surrounded by aspens so this spot is perfect during leaf peeping season! The place is quite small so more than 2 people would be super tight but for a couples getaway this place is perfect.

Great location. Small but very well laid out unit to stay in. Super clean.

Everything was good except for the lack of toilet paper when we arrived at night. Took more begging than appropriate to get that problem resolved. For the price, there should be a couple packs of coffee for guests to use. Portable humidifier was a great benefit! Would definitely recommend.

Perfect spot for downtown Breck

Located on the north end of Main Street, this spot is just close enough to all the action while still being quiet and peaceful. It's cozy to be sure, but we spend as much time as possible outside while in Breck. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay here! So close to the gondola for skiing but restaurants are a block or two away. Cozy set-up with a nice sitting area and good kitchen. Loved the gas fireplace on the bitterly cold days!

Perfect, quiet and cute place

This place is super clean, very quite, small but with an amazing memory foam mattress(firm) and only 3-mins walking from the gondola. Mainstreet is 1min away to all amenities but zero noise level!!! Loved the stay. Thank you Marco

We had a wonderful time. The location is at the end of Main Street so it is not as busy or noisy. The “office” was easy to deal with and got us the garage code when we asked.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is great and the garage was excellent to have during the winter. The property is located on the 2nd story, which was not shown on the VRBO listing. The property also did not have a jetted tub. There is a loft area that would have been great for luggage storage but it was locked and we were unable to use. This property is pet friendly, which is fine if the place is properly cleaned, but when we arrived the place was covered in white dog hair, matted into the rugs and the pull out couch... and there is likely still a have eaten dog bone under the couch. The fireplace was not operational for 2 days and the bathroom light did not work. The biggest selling point on this property is the location. We loved being able to walk to breakfast and dinner every night.

Incredibly charming, amazing location!

The apartment was very clean and incredibly charming. Located on the north end of Main St, all of the shops and restaurants are in walking distance - I never had to use my car. Also, you are conveniently located across the street from the Gondola that will take you to peak 7 & 8. Communication with property management was easy and convenient. If you have a large car there is easy alley parking behind the garage (garage only fits small cars). I will be back!

I understand things break but was an inconvenience every time to open/close the door. We wanted to leave the skis locked in the garage. Overall a nice property and would stay there again on my next trip! Love Breck!
