Cozy Home in the Perfect Location
This townhome was perfect for our family ski trip. It was cozy, clean, and well-appointed. We found it an an easy walk to a lift as well as downtown for the restaurants and shops. The heated garage was a huge help too. We definitely recommend this property!

Enjoyed our stay - good size for my family of 6. Location was very convenient too.Garage and parking made things super easy. The unit was clean and comfortable. There are a lot of stairs which was the only challenge for my getting older parents but they managed!

Property is well located. Lots of stairs inside. Slightly dated but well kept. The reason for 3 stars is the location of Hot tub areas especially after a day of skiing. Horrible distance and not at all what it seems in the Property write up.

Great family vacation!
Great stay! Well stocked and clean property. We had everything we needed and more! Comfy king adjustable bed in the master and plenty of room for the kids in the guest bed and pull out couch bed. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies, utensils, spices, etc. There were plenty of blankets, games, spare fans, humidifiers, and other miscellaneous items. Location was perfect, close to everything. Community pool/hot tub was open 12p-8p and was very crowded in the afternoons, but one day we took the kids around noon and it was not crowded at all. Stairs were a bit challenging while adjusting to the altitude at the beginning, but got used to them quickly. Would definitely recommend this property!

Well equipped, convenient location for town and skiing
The house was well stocked (lots of coffee and spices, creamer, etc) and when we had a question they got back to us immediately. The location is 2 blocks up hill , but not bad, for the Snowflake lift or downhill 2 blocks for the free town ski bus. We skied home on the 4 O'clock run which is then a 2 block downhill walk to the condo. Of note the house is on 4 levels so it would not be appropriate for mobility impaired persons. First level garage, second level living room, 3 level kitchen and 4 the bedrooms. It was a lovely stay- thank you very much!!

Perfect for family of 4
Our family spent a week at the condo on a winter break ski trip. The condo was perfect - heated private garage where we kept our skis and boots (so no communal ski lockers) - easy walk to snowflake lift (although walk is uphill to warm you up for the day) - warm comfy living room with extra blankets - stocked kitchen with everything- even two types of coffee makers and large coffee mugs. - super quiet (no neighbor noise, no road noise other than a snow plow now and again) - it’s a 2ish block walk to the pool but it’s not a big deal - dress warmly for the walk there and then you’re so hot after sitting in the hot tub you can walk back in a towel and be fine - easy walk into town. We went into town almost every day and walked every tine I’d definitely recommend.

Great location, nicely renovated and very well stocked
Just returned from a 5 night stay at this townhouse. It is very well located. Easy 5 minute walk up to the Snowflake lift and less than 10 minute walk to town. My family of four found it extremely comfortable and most importantly well stocked for our needs. Beds are extremely comfortable, there are plenty of linens and comfy blankets to keep you warm while relaxing on the living room sectional. I would definitely rent again if I come back to Breckenridge.

Stayed at this Condo for a long weekend. Was very comfortable. Loved the fireplace. There was plenty of wood in the garage. The kitchen was furnished with plenty of dishes, cookware and spices. The place was very clean. The beds were comfortable. There was extra blankets and pillows. Lots of hooks and places to hang coats. It was close enough to downtown to walk. did not have any need to contact the host. Did receive emails with plenty of information about the condo prior to arrival. Only wish the hot tubs were closer and would suggest a designated container for recycling.

Week in Breck
Our family (2 adults, 3 kids) stayed here for a week in July. This was a great unit for us--the kids' room had three beds, so ours had plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen and family room were also cozy and the beds comfortable. We had to leave a day early due to a change of plans and the host graciously refunded us for that night. Very generous! We had a great time and would look to stay here again on our next trip to Breckenridge!

Amazing stay! The property was so nice and very true to description. Lift was about a block up the hill. Ski in wasn’t actually to the door...it was across the street. Still ok for what we were looking for, however it was not ON the actual 4 o’clock run. Overall an amazing place. Will book in the future.

It is spacious, decorated with taste and has absolutely everything you need in the kitchen, in bathrooms, etc. Garage very convenient and communication with owner very easy to get an extra parking pass.
