"Probably my fault but I didn't realize deposit had to be in cash. So had to scramble to find ATM to get $300. Then checking out they doubled the cleaning fee on us. They didn't provide toilet paper or dish soap and had to go to the store to buy some. Would have been nice to know there was no toilet paper before going to the bathroom."

"The hosts, Christian and Catherine, were so kind and friendly - really great people! We appreciated the quiet location that was close to the beach (5 min walk), close to downtown Granville, and not too far from Mont St Michel, Bayeux, and the Normandy beaches. All the rooms were clean and comfortable. Since we stayed here for a month, we also appreciated having a full kitchen with all the necessary cooking items available and having a washing machine. "This property has it all: great location right near a cute village, a view of Mont St. Michel, 12 mins to the center of a lovely small city for good dining options and practicalities (Avranches), generally great amenities, wonderful heated pool. The host was super sweet and communicative. The only suggestion for improvement would be for the owner to invest in some portable fans as, with climate change, things can get quite warm even at night. This is a highly recommended property!"
