The "Zydeco House". Quaint 76 old year renovated in 2021, 2 br, 2 ba, home located in the heart of Breaux Bridge historic district. Come sit, relax, and enjoy morning coffee on our front porch or sitting area viewing the backyard. We named our home after purchasing it from a "Zydeco dancer" from Washington State.
Put on your dancing shoes or walk the streets of downtown to visit veterans park, library, antique shops and restaurants for great food, fun and much more.......

Great place
This is a great house at a perfect location. It is just blocks away from downtown Breaux Bridge so we walked to explore downtown. The house is well stocked and maintained. Our hosts went the extra mile to make sure we were settled and informed about the town. Buz greeted us and helped us get acquainted with the house. We love Breaux Bridge and loved staying on the Zydeco House. This is a home we will stay in again. Angel, thanks for checking on us with that follow up phone call. .helpfuinformativesights.

My friend and I really enjoyed the Zydeco house. It was charming, spotless & well appointed (although we basically just slept there and didn’t have time to bask). Angel was a gracious host and even offered to let us stay a bit to wait out a big storm. We would definitely return next time we are near Breau Bridge or Lafayette and I highly recommend it!.

We booked for the annual Crawfish Festival. Perfect location! The hosts were very nice and the war stories of the Penguin were so interesting. Beds were very comfortable, the house was clean and felt like home. Thank you for sharing with us!

Great stay in Breaux bridge
The hosts thought of everything. Pantry was stocked and many incidentals in the cupboards if needed. The renovation of this house was really well done, there’s a little office and laundry, and a small area adjacent where you can get away from the action. Two bedrooms with very comfortable mattresses. Angel was a great host and very accommodating, we immediately felt at home. There’s lots to do in the area, great food and music and cultural events. Highly recommend.

Mom's Bday Getaway
We loved the house! Perfect location to downtown. Within walking distance to donut shop, church, shops, and resturants. Buz and Angel were great hosts and quick to respond to any questions we had. Very comfortable and spacious cottage within easy walking distance of the restaurants, shops and churches in Breaux Bridge. Fully equipped and feels like home. Also a very central location to get to Lafayette and all of the other towns and sites in Cajun Country. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful.

Singing in the Street
The "Zydeco House" is on our top 5 of places we have stayed. One of our favorite things was waking to the church bells chiming and this morning someone was singing while walking in the street. We ate wonderful food, shopped, toured and spent a great weekend being together, 3 generations of women.

A Piece of Paradise
My friend and I were taken with the house when we arrived. We both walked in with big grins on our face. It is beautifully decorated and yet so very very comfy. There was not a speck of dust to be found. It is truly the best of the best. The Location was perfect for enjoying Breaux Bridge hospitality. Angel and Buz were the most accommodating hosts and We hope to be back next year. Thank you so much, your hard work, and special touches did not go unappreciated. Its a 100 out of 10.
