"Stunning property, such a huge garden, the pictures don’t do it justice! So much space, the pool and hot tub are fab and it was great to have a few BBQs and make use of the pizza oven. The cottage is beautiful and quaint and stays nice and cool in the heat. Beautiful rural area and close to amenities and not far from Chinon. Would highly recommend!"

"We had a short stay as a family here during a trip to the area. It is a lovely, peaceful property and well laid out. We had a great check in experience with the friendly concierge who explained everything to us. We also briefly met the owner who was helpful and friendly. The house is in a very nice setting and we enjoyed having the swimming pool for a nice relax in the afternoon after a day of exploring! We found the space and amenities of the house more than enough for five adults."

"A lovely holiday. The gite has a beautiful garden to sit in and is equipped to a very good standard.A warm welcome from René and Nicole on our arrival. We came to see the Châteaux of the Loire and there were many located very close to the gite. We didn't realise from the description that the bathroom was on a different floor to the bedrooms. This wasn't a problem for us, but could have been for others."

"We had a wonderful week at Jacky and Mercedes's converted barn. It was very comfortable with 2 ensuite bedrooms and a large open plan kitchen diner / sitting room downstairs, which had everything you could wish for including a DVD player for the kids' siesta time! The attention to detail was excellent and I loved the French soap in the bathrooms. We also had access to the spa and gym which was wonderful. "Amazing value for money and location. Really well equipped apartments, spacious balcony and comfy beds. Kitchen didn't have any spare space for storing shopping to make the most of the self catering aspect, but we worked around it. Our apartment overlooked the car park but in fact, it was really quiet, not overlooked by other guests and our balcony had a grear view of the fortress."

"what a find clean and tidy inside a bit dated but nothing to worry about. Outside could definitely do with a cobweb sweep and the light fixed and the chairs in good condition one was broken when we git there. The site could do alot more perhaps a bit if entertainment etc and maybe a møre better takeaway although this didn’t stop is having a good holiday."
