"We loved our stay at the Dukes palace. The hotel is very well located, the building is stunning and impressive. It’s very spacious inside with a fantastic central staircase. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout, and the checkin process being very easy. Our room allocation was fabulous and we had a great view. Would rate it higher but the spa facilities did not come included in the room rate which was a shame. Overall, fantastic and the only place to stay in Bruges!"

"Price per quality, I will say is a bit expensive for you get. Is a very simple hotel, one step above a backpacker. But it served the purpose. Is ok for one night, but I think I´ll do two. "

The room was literally by the water and the view of the canal from the room was stunning. The shower was great too. They have complimentary hot chocolate in the room as well. And during check out, they give you some complimentary chocolate cookies! Since it was cold outside I asked if the heating could be increased. They gave me a portable heater and it...

"WiFi was drop constantly. It would happen every 5 minutes. After I mentioned it to the staff it did get better but it would still happen throughout the day. This was not a huge deal but became frustrating when I was try to address an issue with a previous hotel and the WiFi would drop and it delayed my conversation with them. "
