Modern apartment in a historic miner's house with WiFi

The apartment is on the ground floor of a miner's house (built around 1930) diagonally opposite the spa gardens. Due to the historical building materials (clay or Pumice walls and ceilings) the house offers a pleasant living environment. The roof and facade were renewed in 2018 according to the local design.

The center with shops (baker, butcher, restaurants) is within 5 minutes walking distance.

Equipment: 1 bedroom for 4 people (1 room with double bed 1.80 m wide and a bunk bed for 2 children); 1 living room with a couch and a pull-out sofa bed (1.60 m wide) and flat screen TV, DVD player. 1 small dining room, seating for 5-6 people. 1 kitchen with 4 hot plates, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle; Bathroom with toilet and bathtub.

Nice central location
The flat in the house was fine, but not as modern as described. The pavement with the stone slabs to the house was not safe, as some stone slabs were movable. It was not clear from the photos in the advert that the double bunk bed was in the same room as the double bed. It was not clean under the bed and there were some dirty corners in the kitchen, for example by the pots. The extractor bonnet did not work. The contact with the landlord was very nice. We liked the location best. You could visit all the attractions in the Harz Mountains in half an hour.

Wir hatten wieder einen sehr schönen und angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Es lief alles reibungslos und der Kontakt zum Host war unmittelbar und unkompliziert. Die Anmerkungen zum letzten Aufenthalt vor einem Jahr wurden alle berücksichtigt und verbessert.

Sauber und entspannt mit kleinen Kindern
Unser Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung war wirklich sehr schön - und das mit zwei kleinen Kindern (2 und 4). Für eine Familie mit kleinen Kindern war die Wohnung super, denn: es gibt wenig, das zu Bruch gehen kann. Und das ist absolut positiv gemeint! Ein paar Kerzengläser, eine Karaffe und eine hübsche Laterne sind die einzigen Dinge, die hätten zu kaputt gehen können und die waren schnell hoch genug verstaut. Die Betten konnte man leicht zusammen schieben, sodass die Große im Bett oben ihr Reich hatte und der Kleine unten direkt neben uns schlafen konnte - also auch easy als Beistellbett nutzbar. Das Esszimmer ist durch einen Flur vom Schlafzimmer getrennt, sodass wir Eltern abends dort noch in Ruhe zusammen sitzen konnten, ohne die schlafenden Mäuse zu stören. Also: absolute Empfehlung für kleine Familien! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern nochmal wieder.

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung, in “relativ” ruhiger Lage an einer Wenig befahrenen Straße. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten u.ä. Fussläufig erreichbar, allerdings immer Berg hoch :D (nicht verwunderlich im Harz). Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Host und super unkompliziert im Check-in und -out.

Besonders gut ausgestattet! Sehr gemütlich! Das Abwaschbecken ist etwas klein bzw. Nicht abgeschlossen, sodass man beim Abwasch aufpassen muss, das nicht so viel Wasser hinten rüber schwappt. Wir hatten aber einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und es wurde wirklich an alles bei der Ausstattung gedacht, toll! Auch hervorzuheben, dass es in dieser Unterkunft im Gegensatz zu vielen Anderen - einen funktionierenden und guten Staubsauger gibt. Die Lage ist sehr schön, gut erreichbar, trotzdem ruhig, Bäcker und Supermarkt fußläufig erreichbar.

Sehr freundlicher Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Die Fewo liegt sehr zentral in St. Andreasberg. Das Zentrum ist fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren nun zum wiederholten Mal in der Ferienwohnung und waren wie beim letzten Mal sehr zufrieden. Es beginnt vor dem Urlaub schon mit der vorbildlichen Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter der auch während der Reise unverzüglich auf schriftliche Rückfragen reagiert. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was wir benötigt haben. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind füssläufig gut zu erreichen. Der erste Gang führte uns morgens immer für frische Brötchen zum Bäcker. Wir werden ganz sicher wiederkommen
