Das die Unterkunft nicht mehr auf dem neuesten Stand ist, damit kann man leben. Mann hat alles was man braucht. Aber etwas sauberer sollte es schon sein. In der Küche ein verschimmelter Filter in der Kaffeemaschine, der Kühlschrank nicht richtig gereinigt (braune Rückstände innen an der Rückwand). Die Bäder könnten auch etwas sauberer sein. Man darf also nicht so empfindlich sein. Aber sonst hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub.

Die Einrichtung ist nicht die neueste, aber man kann es auch an Regentagen wunderbar dort aushalten. Wir mochten die Wohnung und hatten alles was wir brauchten .

Die Wohnung ist typisch Harz etwas älter. Das Haus war wohl mal eine Pension. Die Wohnung erstreckt sich über mehrere Zimmer teilweise mit eigenem Waschbecken. Alte Möbel aber relativ sauber. Es wird wohl nur oberflächlich geputzt. Da muss nan drüber wegsehen. Das Teppich fast überall liegt ist, nicht schön da nicht sehr hygenisch. Ein Schlafzimmer ist neu renoviert. Und mit Laminat ausgelegt. Die netten Vermieter sind etwas älter und daher denke ich das hier nur das nötige renoviert wird. Für mich vollkommen in Ordnung, da ich häufig solche Unterkünfte buche. Die Terasse ist einfach super. Die Lage ist Top. Man ist direkt am Wald und in 5 min im Ortskern.

Gefallen hat uns Braunlage sehr gut, gutes Angebot der verschiedenen Gastronomie. Überall wo wir waren wurden wir freundlich enpfangen und das Essen war Top. Wurmberg und Brocken sind gut erreichbar. Wandern und Spazieren gehen war von unserer Ferienwohnung aus sehr gut machbar,da sie am Waldrand liegt. Begrüßt wurden wir freundlich von einem älteren Herrn. Kuchen der Vermieterin stand bereits auf dem Küchentisch. Die Ferienwohnung/das Mobiliar ist leider nicht so schön, alte Möbel (noch okay!) Leider gibt es zur Sauberkeit der Wohnung keinen Stern von uns. In die Dusche haben wir uns nicht getraut, viel Schmutz (Schimmel?) an den Duschtüren. Schade, aber hier möchten wir nicht mehr hin.

Sehr nette herzliche Vermieter und gute Lage am Ortsrand. Wir waren zu dritt dort und hatten sehr viel Platz.

Gerne wieder!!!
Wir haben 5 Tage / 4 Nächte in der sehr sauberen, großen Ferienwohnung (2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Wohnzimmer + 2 Badezimmer) verbracht. Die Begrüßung durch die Vermieterin war sehr herzlich, im Kühlschrank war leckerer selbst gebackener Kuchen. Weil wir mit 2 Autos anreisten, wurde sofort ein zweiter Parkplatz freigeschaufelt, obwohl der Schnee ca. 1m hoch lag.
