The agency offered to get somebody to fix it, but noone came. Therefore we received a 10% discount. However the communication with our contact person was difficult and unconstructive. "It was a very nice house with pool. Just like the pictures. We stayed for 1 week in oktober 2023. The weather was nice with 2 days of rain. We actually make use of the pool. This was still open. The house had everything you need for a nice stay. The owners are very friendly. Even our dog was let to stay in the house (above 24 kg). We make day trips to other city’s. Because Labin is beside the old town not so interesting for us. Thank you to the owner for the nice welcome and stay."

We also went on trips to Pula, Rovinj and the beach, everything less than 45 minutes drive from the house. The hosts are very kind and accommodating. We would love to have a holiday again at Vila Mara."

"The stay was great, perfect support of our host, house was very clean and the many possibilities for activities (tennis, darts, table soccer) as well as the cooking facilities (barbecue, stone pizza oven) are top! Pool was cleaned twice a week, many terraces around the house to chill in the shade and read. Highly recommended! "

"We stayed in this holiday accommodation for 2 weeks in July 2023 - parents with 2 x grown up sons and a 5 yr old grandson. The accommodation was perfect for our needs. Rooms were very clean, kitchen had excellent pans and plenty of china and the new large TV took an HDMI cable so we were able to watch a couple of English films in the evenings. The pool and outdoor space was wonderful and includes outdoor play swings etc for young children. There is a large choice of pebbly beaches around 35-40...

"We had a perfect time, the villa was clean, tidy and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. The pool was great. The owners were there to greet us on arrival and were on hand for anything we might need help with, they were super friendly and absolutely lovely to get to know, we have only been home a few hours and I wish I was back there. The area was good, local shops and crystal clear seas and beautiful coves a short drive."

"Apartment terrible. Shower wasn't cleaned properly for ages. Bathroom door had water damage. Tv rather than stay in the bedroom it was in the tiny kitchen. We can barely move in there No wifi service on the room just public areas. Our on internet didn't work there. Our kid couldn't lay down to watch tv in bed because the tv is in the kitchen wall. Principal door handle doesn't work properly. Spider web around the apartment. Damaged walls ... We took pictures to share. Air-conditioner not...
