"Adding a couple days on the front of a Viking cruise, we spent a couple of days in Brasov. We prefer to stay close to downtown. I found Rossmarkt Haus on a popular hotel website. As is typically the case, finding a place to park can be quite difficult, so splurge for the optional private parking which is ~100 meters from the building, which also houses a restaurant. "Perfect place to stay as a solo traveller, right in the heart of old town. Was very clean and had everything you’d need, staff was lovely as well. "

"Had an email to say thecreception was closing at 8, so got a taxi from station just in time. Spacious ground floor room, and reasonable breakfast. Lots of steps, but I expect thats what you get when refurbishing an old building. Staff very helpful. "
