Paguei esse hotel para os meus pais e é uma otima local.. perto de tudo, mas o hotel em si, teve um vazamento no ap dos meus pais.. consertaram ok. Mas depois o ar condicionado quebrou.. e eles nao dormiram bem por isso.. eles nao gostaram muito porque nao pensaram nem em troca-los de quarto. Tbm nao gostei disso. Obrigada.

O hotel está em uma ótima localização em Brasília, mas os quartos são muito antigos e passaram por poucas renovações. Fechei pelo hotels.com, mas com o intermédio de uma imobiliária. Os lençóis, toalhas e cobertores foram oferecidos pela imobiliária. Os artigos de cama e banho precisam ser atualizados urgentemente. O atendimento da recepção e do serviço de quarto foram excelentes.

O local não possui estacionamento privativo. O quarto esta limpo, cama confortável. O ar condionado é fixo e não achei opção de controle da temperatura. Faltam tomadas próximos a cama o que dificulta o carregamento de dispositivos eletricos.

Péssimo custo benefício.
Colchão e cama péssimos, desmanchando, aparentemente tinha um rato dentro do quarto ficava roendo a noite toda, na sacada havia uma mesa que deveria ter um tampo de vidro, móveis todos velhos e sem funcionalidade. Não recomendo.

O prédio é novinho, mas o quarto precisa de uma atualização urgente! Não tinha coberta, você não consegue mexer na temperatura do ar, o pé da cama estava frouxo caindo os pedaços de madeira, a pressão do chuveiro doía as costas.. enfim, por uma diária de 411 reais esperava mais, ou até mesmo um café da manhã incluso.

Gostaria de compartilhar minha experiência durante minha estadia no Hotel Kubitschek Plaza, de 5 a 7 de abril. Cheguei ao hotel por volta das 7 da manhã e fui recebido de forma um pouco abrupta pela equipe da recepção. Fui informado de que o check-in só poderia ser feito às 15h, o que me deixou desapontado, especialmente depois de uma longa viagem. Ao expressar minha preocupação com a política de horários, a atendente, cujo nome começa com L, foi um tanto ríspida, explicando que essa era a norma em todos os hotéis. Achei essa política um tanto inflexível e não muito justa para os hóspedes, especialmente aqueles que enfrentam longas jornadas. Como cliente, senti que meu conforto e necessidades não estavam sendo considerados adequadamente. Fui várias vezes à recepção e encontrei dificuldade para resolver a situação, mas consegui realizar o check-in imediatamente ao ser atendido por outro funcionário. Além disso, senti que os seguranças foram mais prestativos e atenciosos do que a equipe da recepção durante minha estadia. Acredito que uma abordagem mais empática e flexível com os hóspedes seria benéfica para melhorar a experiência geral no hotel. Dei meu feedback também ao Hotels.com para compartilhar minha experiência. Espero que esses comentários possam contribuir para melhorias no serviço de atendimento ao cliente e na flexibilidade das políticas do hotel.
