"This is a downtown Hamilton property gem in a depressed area of town. It is conveniently located across from the conference centre. The drawback is that there are many homeless people milling about the dirty and busy streets in the immediate neighbourhood. The property itself was nicely decorated for the holiday season, staff were friendly and helpful and the place was very clean. We would return and recommend."

"Very clean - very tidy - very polite/friendly staff. It exceeded expectations within this price range. For it's age, the inevitable and unavoidable signs of wear and tear were nearly impossible to spot. They've updated bits (furniture, bathroom bits like the sink) to make it look fresh. Even the shower curtain was pristine (one of the strange things I notice - hehe). Very happy - while I don't travel there often, I'd definitely stay there again - without question. Oh - proximity to the highway was convenient."
