As you walk in and continue into the cozy living room you will feel like you have walked into heaven with the new vinyl plank flooring. Sit back and relax in our brand new pull out sofa sleeper and matching chair. To add to your relaxation there is an ottoman to put your feet up, and enjoy a new 50" Smart TV. If you feel a little chilly, just grab the remote and turn on the new electric fireplace inside the entertainment center. The fully equipped kitchen has a new built-in microwave, smart range/oven and new dishwasher with quartz countertops, over the new slow close cabinets in the kitchen and bar. Choose to sit at the bar with 3 bar stools or at the table with 2 chairs and enjoy a romantic gourmet dinner, snack or any meal. While preparing any snack or meal, enjoy looking out the window at the beautiful view of the Ozark Mountains. The Spacious bedroom has a king-size bed, and a wing back chair to enjoy a book or just time to relax. In the bedroom, you will also find a lighted ceiling fan, dresser, a TV with cable, 2 nightstands, and lamps. There is a pool/shelter house right next to the condo. There is also a lot for free parking for a boat or trailer for up to 7 days. Just let us know if you need to use it.
The condo is located in a great, quiet Resort located only 1 mile to Silver Dollar City, with easy access to shows, restaurants, and shopping, such as The Landing, Outlet Malls and Department stores. At this condo, you can take alternate routes (Highway 76 West, Ozark Mountain High Road) to avoid the long lines of traffic to get to your destination of fun quickly.
