This lovely condo comes complete with all the essential comforts to make you feel right at home.

Prepare your favorite dinners and desserts in the well-equipped kitchen. The space features new appliances, a charming breakfast counter accompanied by 4 barstools and a drop leaf table with 2 chairs.

Once you're satisfyingly full, make yourself comfortable in the main living space, which includes a cozy sofa, leather armchair and a flat-screen Smart TV equipped with cable. Large windows finish off the room, along with a door to access the spacious back deck.

Step outside for a breath of fresh air and inspiring mountain views. This covered deck comes complete with patio furniture for you to dine al fresco or just sit back, relax and enjoy the view.

Walk back inside through the second doorway and enter into the master bedroom. Aside from private deck access, the room also boasts a plush king-sized bed, flat-screen Smart TV with cable and an en suite bathroom equipped with a tub-shower combo. IMPORTANT NOTES:

- Please note that the lake at this property is not accessible by vehicle. It is a steep, rocky path that is quite a ways from the cabin and must be walked

- The property entrance is only accessible by stairs

HOUSE RULES:

Check out procedures-these are standard for the area and are not included in the cleaning fee

-At departure turn heat to 60 degrees in cold months, or A/C to 75 degrees in warmer months.
-Remove garbage bags from each bathroom and kitchen and take to dumpster
-Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and dishwasher started.
-Please start one load of towels. You just need to start the washing machine. Our cleaning crew will transfer the load to the dryer. This helps the cleaning crew so much in getting the laundry completed in time for the next guest.
-Please leave the home picked up and games put away.

We stayed at this location for a weekend trip to Silver Dollar City. We absolutely loved this condo. It’s a very peaceful, quiet location but also extremely close to SDC. We all commented on how well we slept during our stay. The host is very communicative and provided very clear information about the check-in, check-out process. There’s lots of kitchen cookware provided but we didn’t get a chance to do any cooking. There is also plenty of parking available. Will plan to stay here again for future trips! On a side note, I’d also highly recommend the El Lago Mexican restaurant that is nearby. It could be easily overlooked, but we went there after a very long day and the service was great, the food came out surprisingly fast, and we all agreed it was amazing.

Booked for my family, and they all enjoyed it. It was clean, had all of the things you would need for your stay, and was well maintained. No major issues. The only suggestion I had was to have someone clean the dryer a bit. I felt that it took much longer than normal to dry items. That and it was about 24yrs old. A new stackable unit would probably save on the energy bill as well. Again, just a suggestion. Other than that, I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for something in the area. The trail to the fishing spot was also a consideration as my kids love to fish. A little workout to get too, but well worth it. This had it all. Would book again. Brenda also checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed.

We really enjoyed our stay and the unit was great for our family of 4. Our girls stayed in 1 room and we had the master. Layout was great for our quick stay in branson. Only complaint at all was that the floors seemed sticky, but we think it was from the cleaning agent used, as everything seemed very clean when we got there. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay.. as a cook I was impressed that they had decent amenities. I loved that they had a small amount of spices and no stick spray ect so I didn't have to buy everything. This place was well stocked and clean. Our only complaint at all was we put in hottub and it pulled up and we definitely did not have one. It was nice though and close to a lot if great things. I highly recommend if you stay here going to site, and sound top of the rock and eat at shoguns. Florentinas. And little Haceinda. Those were our favorite discoveries this trip. We ate in rest of time and it was nice. Wish it had been warmer as the balcony would have been perfect for breakfast.

Enjoyed our Labor Day weekend at this property. Location is a short distance from town and the neighborhood was quiet. The kids loved that the pool was just steps outside the door. If you plan to fish take live bait and be prepared for the steep walk back up! 🥵 We would definitely stay here again!

We packed alot into our trip. We did Wonders of Wildlife in Bass Pro, the fish hatchery in Branson.
It was perfect for what we needed....peaceful and plenty of room for teenagers to be able to hang out and parents to still have some relaxing time. Loved that it was off the strip and not overly crowded. We will definitely stay here again.
