You'll love the Ozark Mountain views from the deck of our penthouse condo just 5 minutes from Silver Dollar City! Featuring two bedrooms on a split floor plan, our corner unit offers quiet privacy amid a gorgeous ridgetop setting with sweeping views of the valley below. We feature comfortable beds with high-quality linens and a sleeper sofa for even more room to sleep. With TVs in every room, free wifi, and a fully-stocked kitchen, it's your home away from home in the Ozark Mountains!

The expansive and private south-facing back deck has tons of room to spread out and enjoy the spectacular scenery. It features a table—great for enjoying a sunrise breakfast or playing cards into the evening! The condo is *walking distance* to two seasonal outdoor pools, hiking trails, a horseshoe pit, and a playground. There's even a catch-and-release pond on the property!

The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the amenities of home. Cooking is a fantastic way to feed family and friends while traveling without breaking the bank! The open floor plan makes it easy to visit with each other, and there's room for four to sit at the bar.

The living room has two recliners and a couch that turns into a sleeper sofa. With plenty of seating, it's a wonderful space to visit with each other and spend time together, the highlight of any vacation!

The master suite with a queen bed has its own TV and a private bathroom with shower and tub. A door offers direct access to the deck.

The guest bedroom with a queen bed also has its own TV and access to a separate bathroom with walk-in shower.

A washer and dryer in the closet are available to help you keep your items fresh while on your travels. Detergent is provided.

The entire home is yours, but just let us know if you need anything!

Two seasonal outdoor pools, a picnic area with grills, and a playground are just steps away. Parking for boats (with power) is complimentary for up to 7 days.

This condo is perfect for a weekend getaway, a week-long retreat, for family, for business, for golf, for shopping, for lake recreation, and of course for Branson's famous entertainment. Look no further--we've got everything you need for whatever your purpose is for visiting our area.

Please note our home is up one flight of exterior covered stairs from the parking lot without elevator access.

Simple clean apt. Very quiet at night. Am when trash man came to empty dumpster was loud, to early in am when on vacation. Banging dumpster 6am. In season it would be busy around the area. View was of trees and little else. Overall a good stay rhis time of year. B b early in the am.

Perfect location & atmosphere
We stayed for a softball tournament. This was the perfect location giving us opportunities to explore but also being close to both softball facilities. We enjoyed the pools as well as the pavilions and used them for team dinners and gatherings. We will definitely return if in Branson again.

Great Little Getaway!
My wife and I just wanted some time away and found that at A Notch Above. The condo is as described, and the responsiveness of the host was perfect. This place is great to look out over the mountains from the deck and is just a short drive to all the activities we wanted. Thank you! We look forward to returning soon.

Notch Estates are perfect!
Perfect property for family of 5. The kids really enjoyed the pools and private pond. Close to SDC, and things in town. I liked that it was outside of the extremely busy parts of town. A/C was cold!
