We are members of the Chamber of Commerce and have been renting cabins in Branson since 2003. We know how to make our guests feel at home.
There are several things to consider when choosing a place to stay in Branson and here are some of them:

LOCATION: This log cabin is about 1 mile from Silver Dollar City. When others are waiting in "stand still" traffic for up to 2 hours just to get to SCD you will be there in 10 minutes or less. If you want to spend your time in Branson you can be in Branson is less than 10 minutes and all the way across town to the Branson Landing in less than 25 minutes. You will not find a better location.

ACCOMMODATIONS: This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath log cabin with a large Jacuzzi tub in each bathroom. We have a king, a queen, a set of bunk beds, and a sleeper sofa. All of our cabins are very clean, well stocked and furnished with almost everything you will need except food. We furnish all Towels and Sheets, Kitchen is supplied with Crock Pot, Coffee Maker and Filters, Dishes, and Pots and Pans. We furnish Coffee, Trash Bags, Paper Towels, Tissues, Toilet Paper, Soap, Laundry Detergent, and Wood for the Wood burning fireplace. We have wifi, Cable TV, 3 TVs, 3 DVD Players, DVD library, Toys, Games, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, and a Large Screened in deck. We also have a nice Charcoal Grill and Patio Furniture.

AMENITIES: We have a 5 Acre Lake you can Fish without a license. The hike to the lake is steep and we do not recommend it if you have any physical problems. We have Nature Trails, Basketball Court, Horseshoes, Playground, and 2 beautiful Pools. Notch Estates is very family friendly with lots of areas for your kids to play. Bring your Bicycles, Rip Sticks, Skate Boards, and Remote Controlled Cars.

INFORMATION: When you stay with us we will also send a lot of information that will make your stay in Branson even more enjoyable such as a location where you can buy 2 for 1 tickets to most of the shows , and our personal show review. This review is our personal opinion of about 70 shows and attractions we have seen and you will find it very helpful in selecting your entertainment while in Branson. We will also give you directions and recommendations to restaurants and stores close to the cabin.

PRICE: We strive to be very competitive with comparable log cabins. If you compare Location, Accommodations, Amenities, and Price you won't find a better vacation property.

We loved the cabin! It was so cozy, but also spacious enough for us to host Easter dinner! Loved the location as it's close to area attractions and our favorite outdoor BBQ joint "Come and Take It"! The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable and the screened porch had nice seating. Check in was so simple and hosts were great! We hope to stay again!!

Anniversary Weekend

Amazing place to stay!
We travel to Branson 3-4 times a year and this place was the best place we have stayed. Cabin was amazing even my wife was impressed and that says a lot! Close to everything and weather permitting very nice hike and both pools were nice. Owner was easy to reach and very friendly! I would recommend this property or one of the others to anyone. We have found our home away from home!

Nice place and location
We enjoyed our stay here. It was just big enough for our family, but not too big to where we had a lot to worry about. It was close to everything, but far enough away we didn’t have to deal with a lot of people. The kids loved the pools, and extra room off the backside. Would definitely stay here again if we go back to Branson.

Fantastic location!
We’ve stayed in this cabin before. No need to search for another. The location is perfect from Silver Dollar City! The cabin is clean, comfortable and roomy enough for 6 adults. Nice, quiet area. Felt very safe. Would definitely recommend.

This was our first time to Missouri and we fit right in at this cabin. It was very conveniently located to everything we did. One thing that impressed me was some of the provisions. For the first time ever i didnt have to pack toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags etc... and the coffee was a plus!

Great Stay
We were looking for a base camp for us to float the James river. This cabin checked all the boxes. It exceeded our expectations. The online description mentioned the property as being a log cabin and the interior photos backed that up, but based on the exterior photos, we thought it was going to be more of a condo situation and we were okay with that. However, we were excited to find that it was a separate log cabin. Hosts may consider adding a photo of the exterior of this cabin. We were amazed with the amenities. The hosts provide so many things that most properties do not. We forgot a few things and it was so nice to find those items provided. We were so pleased with this property we hesitate to suggest a few ideas for improvement and only do so to help the hosts provide an even more enjoyable experience. The road that turns into Notch Estates, I believe it is Notch Lane, was not clearly marked from the Highway so we missed the turn. Also we had some difficulty watching TV in the room that had bunkbeds. We followed the directions for connecting etc... but seemed like no matter what we tried could not navigate all the menus and remotes. I am positive if we would have called the hosts they would have worked us through it, but the time we would use the TV was so minimal we just dealt with it. Sometimes we had difficulty backing out of parking because maintenance trucks were parked close behind. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!
