Wine and Dine at Unit 9

Peaceful lakeview condo. Our 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo, located on the third floor is perfect for your party of six or less. The master suite comes with a luxurious queen bed and private bathroom. The guest suite has two twin beds with a private bathroom as well. You'll find a pullout bed in the living room couch to sleep up to two additional guests.

Enjoy your relaxing stay by starting your morning off with a cup of coffee on our private covered patio located just off the living room. Take in the gorgeous views of Lake Taneycomo, famous for its Trout fishing. When you're finished, spend the day on any of the many local golf courses, Point Royale is practically within walking distance! Take a trip back to the 1880’s at Silver Dollar City (just 15 minutes away) where this world famous park has plenty of thrilling rides, shows, and delicious food for the whole family! You could enjoy White Water, rent a boat or a jet ski from State Park Marina (just 5 minutes away) to cruise Table Rock Lake, or even go parasailing! Not interested in boating? Head on over to Moonshine Beach for some fun in the sand and swimming in Table Rock Lake. We’re also just two-and-a-half miles from the Branson "strip'"(Highway 76) and just minutes to all other major Branson attractions, wineries, restaurants, award winning shows, shops and more.
We’re so close to everything, yet just off the beaten path to avoid heavy traffic.

KITCHEN
This beautiful kitchen has everything you need for your stay. From appliances (a fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and a coffee maker), cookware, utensils, dishes, and basic condiments, you have everything you need to cook at home, if you choose. We even have a Traeger on the patio, which allows you to grill while watching the boats stroll by. But keep in mind that Branson is home to many wonderful restaurants. Check out TripAdvisor for the top ten local faves!

BEDROOMS
Each of our beds has an immaculate setup that's laundered before each guest arrives. You can rest in style and know that your bedding is as clean as it is at home! There is a TV located I. The upstairs bedroom.
Master bedroom closet contains a Pack-n-Play for your tiny travelers.
**Couch in the living room is a pull out for extra sleeping space, if needed.

BATHROOMS
There are hair dryers in both bathrooms. There are plenty of towels and washcloths for your stay.

WASHER/DRYER
A stackable washer and dryer set is available, so you can do laundry during your trip.
2 loads of laundry soap/dryer sheets are available with each stay.

CONDO EXTRAS
This condo has a flat screen Smart TV with high speed Internet. When you’re looking for a little downtime, we have a deck of cards, UNO, a puzzle, and a couple of games available.

This amazing property will not disappoint with its stunning lake views and all the comforts of home.
Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am.

This is a smoke free condo.
If you do smoke outside of the residence, please do not throw your cigarette butts on the grounds. This would be greatly appreciated.

Hands down the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in that is not my own, along with the pillows. It has a beautiful view and very comfortable. My kids loved their loft bedroom and their own bathroom.

This was the perfect place for our getaway! Clean, homey, and had everything you could need (towels, kitchen essentials, washer/dryer, etc.) Not to mention the quietness and view of the lake topped it off!!

Great retreat
A cozy unit, this very clean condo was well-stocked and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised to find a kitchen knife that cut! The hosts were gracious and responsive. The location was perfect with a view of water and close proximity to everything we wanted to do.

Nice clean place to stay
This was a nice place to stay, very clean and quiet. There was ample soap and towels as well as silverware and plates and glasses. They did a great job with making sure they had everything you needed. The view from the patio of the lake was very relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Great property. Exceptionally clean and modern condo with a porch view of Lake Taneycomo. We relaxed and watched the boats go by. Easy access to Branson and restaurants. Short distance to the dam and Branson Belle. This condo is great for a weekend getaway or a longer vacation.

Perfect Location
This location is so beautiful being right on Lake Taneycomo! The inside of this property is newly updated and is so cute. Would highly recommend any others to stay here, it is close to everything, but a little bit away from all the traffic that can build up too.

Perfect family getaway
Took the family on a quick Branson get away. It was the perfect place to stay for me, my husband and our two teenage boys. The condo was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed to feel at home. The view off the deck was beautiful and relaxing. We will definitely stay here again if it’s available on our next trip to Branson.

The location was wonderful! Very peaceful. The neighborhood is quiet with minimal traffic. So many extras in the apartment. The master bedroom/bath is amazing! We would definitely stay again! Owners were very quick to respond.

Perfect Quiet Location!
Property is perfectly listed! Everything was as described!! Unit was clean and easy to find everything we needed. We had 2 children and 2 adults and were very comfortable!! Location is off the beaten path but close enough to town. Being on the river provided beautiful sunrises!! Highly recommend this location!

Great Get-a-way for a fun trip to Silver Dollar City!
Our family stayed at this condo and had a great experience. Easy access to all the Branson attractions without being in the middle of all the noise and crowds. Perfect for our child who loved having his own loft bedroom area all to himself. Beautiful green space behind the building to run and play and a short walk down the street to a playground. Quiet and tucked out of the way- just the place we needed after long action-packed days!

Great Lake Condo
This property was so clean and nice! It was well stocked with everything we needed, which I appreciate so much. There was plenty of toilet paper, towels, shampoo, soap, and even kitchen staples like coffee and filters! It was refreshing to not have to go buy everything we needed at a store. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and overlooking the beautiful water. My kids loved the loft area and having their own bathroom upstairs. Would definitely stay there again!

Absolutely wonderful!
My kids and I didn't want to leave. We had everything we needed in the condo. It was great having breakfast outside back patio watching the sunset off the lake. Everything was close by and we didn’t have to spend barely any money going out to eat. Definitely be back.

Quiet, relaxing and beautiful view of the lake
Stay was great! Very quiet top floor unit that overlooks the lake (3rd floor, no elevator but worth the exercise). We watched fishing boats on the lake despite the cold and even saw fireworks from a house across the way. The owners were easy to reach and even honored a "small request" on my part before we arrived. The unit is located at the back of Fall Creek property so make sure you know where you are going ahead of time if you are arriving after dark. The unit was clean and we had everything we needed while we were there. Will definitely stay here again when we visit Branson!

Perfect Getaway !
This property was amazing! We felt so relaxed staying here! It had everything that we needed. If we forgot something accidentally, they had it! I bought some sugar from a nearby store and came back to the condo and sure enough they had one open. So i used some of theirs that was already open and left the one I bought so they will have more for their stash to help another family. We couldn't have picked a better place! Kids played a game on the back porch without their cell phones and just enjoyed the view of the lake! Everyone around in the condos were very considerate of each other.( Not loud ) Quiet and Relaxing! We will be staying here again!

Fall Creek condo 3rd floor
Very beautiful 2bdrm2 bath condo on third floor . I am 67 and should have inquired if there was an elevator. There was not. Could not adjust temp in down shower b4 going in as door stationary. Upstairs handle fell off shower often. Loft very dusty on overhead fan and under and around beds. Overall well stocked with towels and sheets, blankets and pillows as well as kitchen needs. Used sofa bed and was adequate.

Great view and location
Just a couple minutes from the marina/fishing dock, which is the main reason for booking. The condo is listed as 2 bedroom, but has 1 actual bedroom and a loft, but wasnt a big deal for us. Couldnt get ahold of anyone on site or a host when an issue arised, which turned into a miscommunication with maintenance. Other than the miscommunication, all was well. Condo had everything we needed, except the grill, which would have been nice to grill up the trout that was caught. Overall a good experience.

Cute place- Great location
My parents and I enjoyed our stay here. The condo was fully furnished with all toiletries, (hand soaps at all sinks, soap/shampoo in both showers, & plenty of toilet paper - a pleasant surprise) Same with kitchen, coffee pot, creamer. Beds were all comfortable & the place was clean. We would stay here again. Loved the patio & river front views! Thank you!
