Discover the convenience of this first-floor, easily accessible 2-bedroom/2-bath condo located in the Fall Creek Resort. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, while the second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed. Enjoy a cozy common area with comfortable seating and dining arrangements. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances for cooking and baking, including a full-sized refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher.

This condo provides a relaxing retreat with a flat-screen TV, cable, and WIFI in the living room and each bedroom. From the patio and backyard, you can enjoy a stunning view of Lake Taneycomo, observing boats, canoes, and wildlife in a tranquil setting. Fall Creek Marina is just a 7-minute stroll away, offering boat rentals and nearby trailer storage. The marina also allows fishing for a nominal daily fee. Condo HOA regulations stipulate that if your stay exceeds two days, you must use the provided parking permit. Please ensure the parking permit is left in the condo upon departure; failure to do so will result in a $50 charge to you.

Great condo
We stay at this condo about twice a year for generally a week or so. We enjoy our stay each time. I do have to say this time the condo smelled a bit like cigarette smoke. It was not a strong smell but as neither my wife or myself are smokers we immediately were aware of the smell. We went to the store and purchased some air freshener. Overall we had a great time staying there.

Once again we spent a fantastic week in this condo. We always enjoy the view of the lake in the mornings. Our vacation time seems short when it’s time to leave. Kellie is a great person to talk to if there are any questions or problems. We plan to return again in September.

Our stay we great! The home was clean and homey had everything we needed! The coffee being there was a life saver because I forgot to get any. The kids were excited about the popsicle in the freezer, they thank you for them, it topped off their vacation. Overall it was an amazing place to stay!

This was excellent for us, we are older and it is ground floor, it was very clean, it had everything you would possibly need. Kellie was always very responsive leading up to our stay and the day of. Branson Condo
The condo was wonderful. As soon as we entered, it had a very welcoming and relaxing feeling. It was furnished perfectly to give that welcoming feeling. The location of it being nestled a couple miles away from the main roads further enhanced the comfort of this wonderful place. This is a great place if wanting a short walk to the lake just outside the back of the patio or just sit in the patio enclosure and watch the sunrise. We really enjoyed our stay here. We have booked this place in the past and look forward to booking it again.

Condo was as advertised. Had many kitchen appliances to make cooking in easy and convenient. Quiet while we were there. Clean and provided basic needs. Don’t forget to bring your own soap! Nice view of lake and quiet even with boat traffic.

Right on the shore of Lake Taneycomo! Great location for the fishermen in our family. The bedrooms/bathrooms are great. The living room/kitchen is a little crowded and needs to be updated; carpet is worn.

Title says it all, first time in Branson, enjoyed this condo. It was great to have 2 bathrooms! The condo feels large, especially the bedrooms. Clean and well stocked, about 10-15 mins to silver dollar city. Would stay again
