Your SPACIOUS Lake Expectations retreat is located within Pointe Royale along Lake Taneycomo in Branson. The condo is 2100 square foot in size containing 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms in addition to a loft with extra beds and additional entertainment space. A breakfast table, dining table, and bar contain seating for up to 10 people. A large living room and adjoining dining area provides plenty of space to spread out to play games (plenty of cards and board games provided), enjoy a 65" TV with Roku, or simply engage in conversation with family and friends.

No pets or animals of any kind allowed! Absolutely no smoking inside unit, on the balcony, or on the front porch.

Bedrooms: The condo sleeps 10 adults.


Front bedroom: Queen bed - A full bathroom is located just off the front bedroom. *A pack-n-play is stored within the front bedroom closet.

Master bedroom: King bed - Master bedroom has it's own private bathroom and private access to the balcony with great views of the Ozark hills rising above Lake Taneycomo.

Upstairs bedroom: King bed (with sofa pullout twin bed) - Upstairs bedroom has its own portable A/C unit.

The Loft: Three twin beds

A full bathroom is also located upstairs

This condo is a short walk to the clubhouse and even shorter walk down to Lake Taneycomo with an adjoining children's playground and picnic areas. A new Lakeside Trail has been opened that is 1 mile in length (round-trip) with stunning views of the lake. The area along the lake provides a shaded, tranquil spot that remains cool during the heat of summer. Lake Taneycomo is known for great trout fishing as it is fed by cold water from the bottom of Table Rock Lake. And this is just the beginning of amenities within Pointe Royale. An 18-hole golf course winds throughout the entire resort. Kitchen:
The kitchen comes stocked with all the cookware, dishes, utensils needed to cook/prepare your own meals. We do provide a high-chair.

Living room:
Within the living room is a coffee nook providing a great start or end to your day. A large couch and 3 chairs provides plenty of sitting space. A new, modern electric fireplace has been added for 2023. It livens the ambience all year round and can provide heat in the winter, or leave the heat turned off in the summer.

Laundry:
A full size washer and dryer are available and laundry detergent and dryer sheets are provided.

Wifi and TVs:
Fast Wifi (250+Mbps download and 50+Mbsp upload speeds) is available for all your internet needs. All TVs (living room, master bedroom, and upstairs bedroom) have Roku that provides connectivity to all online streaming services. Your own login would be required. Living room TV also has full cable package including HBO and Showtime available.

This is a second story condo with 16 steps up to the entrance. There is no elevator.

Check-In after 4pm, Check-out by 10am. Early check-in and/or late check-out may be possible for an additional fee, but cannot be guaranteed. Message owner if needed.

Pointe Royale is situated at a perfect spot within Branson providing a quiet location just outside of the heavily trafficked areas of the city, but within a short drive of nearly everything you will want to experience.
