We enjoyed our stay here I had the best sleep ever. Even better than from home! It was very comfortable clean and quiet. The only thing to mention was Expedia says amenities “pool” and the pool is only seasonal and water was drained and not in use. One of the reasons we booked this place was the pool for the kids. The kids played in the pond behind on golf course lots of turtles in it! Other than that we were extremely happy. We would stay here again.

Nice condo
Very nice and spacious. Back porch over looks the golf course and pond. Very peaceful. Had a bit of trouble with gate code working. But they sent a new gate code in a timely manner.

Home away from Home
Never did one of these before, 1st time doing this instead of hotel. Went excellent, we will do this now next time, the value you get over a hotel room is so much better for your dollar. We loved it, not really any problems, everything worked great, pretty clean, no nasty smells, much cleaner than an average hotel room.

This could be a lovely condo but we were extremely disappointed in the uncleanliness. The odor of the condo smelled like dirty feet the whole week. Owner needs to use a different cleaning company. Description said “no pets” but we had to clean pet hair off couch and recliner. Why didn’t house keeping do this! Bathroom mats were so filthy, black and nasty and we had to wash them ourselves before using them, not to mention many more cleaning issues.

Do not stay at this place. It is not clean. The washer and dryer are completely broken. We could not access the patio because there was bird crap everywhere. They make empty promises to come and fix things, but never do. They also told us that they would refund us some money because of the broken washer and never did.

Loved the Home!!!
Disappointed the pool had been broken for over a month.....the code to get in the parking gate did not work.....calling & texting the property managers did NOTHING to help the situation. Instead I had to lurk outside the going out gate and when someone left I would have to race in the exit! Nothing like feeling like a criminal at a place you paid to stay! The home owner pays good money for the management company to "manage" and I did not have any success with the pool or gate issues when I contacted them multiple times! I did get a "we are sincerely sorry" Yet I still could not get into the parking lot or swim in the pool.....

A home away from home
We really enjoyed this place. The king bed was so comfortable I reached out asking what topper they used. I slept better here than what I did in my own home. We enjoyed the scenery sitting outside having a coffee on the patio. Home was well equipped with all our needs. Help from Vacasa available 24/7 was really appreciated for any questions or assistance we needed. It was a nice home that kept us all comfortable while visiting Branson.

Beautiful condo, great location!
The condo was a great weekend getaway. Very clean, close in location to all activities planned for the weekend, and very spacious. 10/10 would stay again!

It was clean and quite and the only complaint that I had was we didnt know there was no elevator only stairs and we had to take our luggage up and down the stairs . Also when I asked if someone could help us we had to wait until next day for response so I am glad it wasnt an emergency because we could talk to no one The next day Trevor called and said he didnt it or he could have come and helped us but the next day when I texted him back to ask him something He never answered so I was very disappointed in not being able to talk we enjoyed the cleanliness of the condo and the convenciene of everything being right around us but being away from all the hustle and bussell

So so impressed!!!
Loved this condo! We were impressed from the moment we walked in. Every inch of it was spotless! Zero complaints. Kitchen had everything you needed. Really nice washer and dryer! Our family of 6, 4 kids ages 1-14, all comfortably slept! Great communication from company. Dollar General is right around the corner which was very convenient. Can’t say enough good things about this condo!

Great condo
We stayed for two nights at this condo. The area is super quiet and had a wonderful patio to sit and enjoy watching the golfers. Across the parking lot from the condo was an outside pool and an inside pool. Although we didn't get to use either pool it was nice that they were close by. This would be a great condo for families. The bed was comfy and the dishes/supplies in the kitchen we adequate for our needs. It was nice to stay where the refrigerator had an ice maker. I definitely recommend this condo to anyone and I plan to stay here again.

Great location
Golf Front at Holiday Hill was a great location. The condo was right on the golf course. We had a view of the pond and were able to watch the golfers pass. by. The location was easy access to Branson and Branson Landing. The condo was clean and nicely furnished. The condo had both an indoor and outdoor pool. Great place to relax and enjoy the view!
