Quiet 1-Bedroom Condo at Fall Creek

Welcome to our quiet one bedroom condo with a pull out couch. The bedroom has a comfy queen size bed and smart tv so you can relax and get a good nights sleep. There is a washer and dryer equipped with laundry tabs and fabric softener sheets. If you forgot any hygiene products, we have individually wrapped soap, shampoo, lotion and conditioner. There will also be a loofah and razor if you need one!! Condo has brand new carpet in the living room and hall way. Feel free to get some groceries and cook your meals. The condo is equipped with a stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher and full size refrigerator. There are cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc to use while you are there. We are pet friendly. Only a 5 minute drive to the strip or a short 15 minute drive to Silver Dollar City!

Nice, quiet area. Pet friendly. Updated recently. Tv in bedroom wasn’t hooked up. Housekeeping could be improved. Front door lock needs some attention.

Location of this condo was perfect for our needs- concert at Thunder Ridge but would be perfect for anything you are doing in Branson. It was very clean, right amount of furnishings and had a nice little patio. Keurig was a plus! The only thing that wasn't great was the bed and no bedroom tv outlet but not deal breakers. Owner was very responsive.

This Condo was perfect for our little family of three for a weekend. We didn't do any cooking, but it does have a kitchen area. It was a quiet safe area. We would stay here again!

Cute place but several issues that need fixed! When we first arrived the place smelled like cigarette smoke. Property manager was unaware the sofa bed supports were broken and unable to be used. The bed in the bedroom was worn out with a bad sag in the middle . It was on some type of wooden frame with no box springs. The bottom of the bathtub had some kind of black stuff in it and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. Overall very disappointed and not what I paid for! Some of the electrical outlets did not work properly making it difficult when you needed to use one.

Perfect and quiet
We have been coming to Branson for years and stayed many places, and this was among our favorites. Clean, nicely furnished, well-located, quiet, ground level, steps away from our car. We had a great stay here.

NOT READY FOR BUSINESS
Too many things needed attention. My guess is this place had no reviews because it was a new listing and owner wanted to get it on the list for rentals. Not a FAN of all the FEES at the VRBO places. I’m a clean freak and leave places as nice or better than I found them. I’ll go back to the hotels I found that treated me like a real customer!
