Private Hot Tub and Fire Pit - SADIE'S COTTAGE

Sadie's Cottage at Sunset Hills is a studio layout, private cottage in Branson, MO. Sadie's Cottage is one of FIVE units at Branson's FIRST and ONLY "Couples/Adults Only" resort! features a private outdoor covered porch with a hot tub and gas fire pit to enjoy year round. The inside features a 55" smart TV, mini fridge, microwave and Keurig. Wireless internet and Netflix is provided. Sadie's Cottage is just a two minute walk to our beautiful swimming pond that is open for swimming during the summer months. We are located less than 12 minutes from Branson's famous strip, The Branson Landing, shopping and restaurants.

Very clean and quaint! Absolutely perfect for a couple. The private hottub was amazing and the area in general is so quiet and relaxing. Its located within 10 mins of almost everything! Highly recommend!

These cabins are absolutely perfect for a getaway! Close to all the fun things in Branson and the pool is so AMAZING! Loved it here! Our friends stayed in another cabin as well and we loved being so close!

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at Sadie’s Cabin. The location was far enough away from the main strip to not be bothered by all the noise. The hot tub was our favorite aspect, after the view of course. We ate on the patio around the fire pit and watched the wildlife. Speaking of the fire pit: you need to use a lighter and some patience to get it to light, due to air in the lines or something. It’s worth it, though. All the amenities (coffee, paper goods, hairdryer, TV, etc.) were additional reasons why this is a great place to stay.

Relaxing cottage nestled in serene area!
Loved our stay here! The cottage was just as advertised - very clean and nicely decorated for the holidays. We very much enjoyed the private hot tub on the screened-in deck and how secluded the property was, yet also just a short 15 minute drive into historic downtown Branson! We look forward to staying here again in the summer to try out the natural swimming pond.

Nice clean little cottage
This cottage is a hidden little place, it was very clean and quiet. Pros: location was not too far from shopping but far enough away from the busy traffic, private patio with hot tub.. Cons: we thought the bed should have been a king, floor of the cottage is not level so would feel unbalanced at times.

Best Honeymoon
This location is gorgeous with the waterfall pool! The cottage is clean and homey, equipped with a private hot tub and fire pit on the screened in back porch. The location is perfect! Quick and easy to get to any attraction in Brandon you want, and far enough away from everything to feel relaxed and private in your down time. Communication was easy and pleasant with the owners. Check in and out was super simple and efficient. Best choice ever! Our Honeymoon was perfect :D

Nice Cottage
The cottage was nice, really enjoyed the hot tub. The pool wasn't really a pool, was more of a man made pond, complete with algae and tadpoles swimming around. I received my reservation confirmation via email, but there were no check in instructions with it. When we arrived I had no idea how to check in so I called the number listed on the website and left a voice mail stating I didn't know how to check in or get into our cottage. I never heard back. Luckily I found another guest who helped us out. Turns out you have to create a VRBO account and click on "Manage your trip" to receive the check in info. That would have been nice to know ahead of time, or at least a return phone call/text.

Such a peaceful, clean, relaxing, comfy place. All amenities were amazing. The pool/pond was freezing but still so enjoyable. Private hot tub is 10/10. Would 100% recommend anyone trying to have a quiet getaway that is still close to fun stuff!
