Welcome to our beautiful walkin 1 bedroom condo with pull out couch. Bedroom has a comfy queen size bed to relax and get a good nights sleep. There is a washer and dryer equipped with laundry tabs and softener sheets. Bathroom and kitchen have brand new countertops and freshly painted cabinets. Feel free to cook a few or all of your meals while you are here. There is also a brand new fireplace and tv entertainment center in the living room. We are pet friendly!! Short drive to popular attractions.

This was a very reasonable place to stay. It could use some better lighting to see the signs to tell you which building is which but over all was a nice place. There was some water stains in the shower but overall was clean. There was plenty of parking. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood which was nice. Would definitely recommend to others.

Very clean and very hard to find unit. Communicaton with owner has been hard She tried to charge us for service dogs. Otherwise a nice experience

Lovely condo for a family of 3 with a pet
We were in Branson for a baseball tournament. The location is very close to the ballpark and the strip, made it very convenient. The condo was very clean, looks exactly how it’s advertised. However, it’s a queen bed not a king bed. Thank goodness the pull out couch is good for 2 people. The person staying above us kept walking & moving something in the middle of the night, very annoying. I didn’t know I have to report it. It’s my first time using VRBO. I learned a lot from this experience. Tracy was very helpful and responded quickly with my questions. I will stay at the same place if we go back to Branson. Lovely town, very family oriented!

ok short term, but not for us again
We are in our late 60's with mobility issues. This condo worked for us but with some inconveniences. Condo was as advertised. Unit itself is small, so for us as an older couple it was sufficient. Cons: Note...the Host has been made aware of the following. The lighting in the living, dining, kitchen areas was poorly lit. We were not able to see to read or do needlework after it got dark outside. It needs to have better & more lighting. The queen bed is very high off the floor so we had to buy a stepstool for me to get into bed as I am short & because of knee issues, I was not able to get into bed. Floors are the fake wood type & they were very slick & cold. Needs to have some throw rugs especially between the couch & coffee table. The sliding glass door lock didn't work, but it did have the security bar in place. The tv is a roku tv. Familiarize yourself with that if you don't know what it is or does. A fulltime neighbor lives directly upstairs so some noise was heard especially their walking around & their washing machine but it was not disruptive. Pros: ground floor unit with easy walk-in access from parking space (no steps), pet friendly with easy access to grassy area out the sliding glass door, location of building was nice, felt safe even though this is not a gated community. Host was very responsive. We asked for some bathroom items prior to arriving & Host provided them to us. Was remodeled but most of the walls were bare, could use some wall decor.

Great little condo
Property is close to Branson and about 20 minutes from Thunder Ridge Arena. Perfect for a little getaway.
