This place was perfect for our trip! Condo was clean and location was quiet. Only recommendation would be to bring your own ice as there is no ice maker or trays.
Very clean and great location. Great place for families with kids of all ages. Neighboring condos are a bit loud. Easy to check in and out. Would stay here again.
The place was located close to the strip, SDC and the lake. It didn’t take more than 10-15 minutes to get anywhere we were going and was very quiet. Worked well for our family.
Property was in excellent condition and as described. You do have to go down a flight of stairs to get to the condo, but that was already articulated in the description. Location is ideal.
We only stayed one night after a trip to Silver Dollar City. Had no problems. I have saved this location so I can look into staying here again in the future.
Navigation always wanted to have us access the property from 265 which was a bit rugged due to construction. We found it easier to use Kirkland Drive off of 376. Otherwise an awesome location and would definitely stay there again.
The Recliner needs to be replaced, stuck more than once, and could not be put down by sitting in it, had to be done by getting out of it or manually brought done by another person! This Condo was so well done otherwise, was a little surprised by this.
Also, since no drawers in master suite to put clothes, I feel Hangers should be supplied in closet!
Overall, this is a great, new property. Sleeping arrangements are comfortable, the decor is nice — loved the added touch of the Christmas tree! — everything is bright & new. Good location as well.
A touch of constructive criticism:
I received the message from the host about 3 hours before check-in that detailed the fact the only coffeepot was a single-serve Keurig. We had brought ground coffee, because when a location can sleep 9 people, you expect to be able to brew a whole pot. So one suggestion is to provide a full-sized coffeepot.
Secondly, the fridge did not have an ice maker or ice cube trays — so with no ice capability at all, we purchased a bag of ice. At least provide ice cube trays.
Thank you!
Location was nice, close to SDC. Two negatives we encountered: when we walked in the building it reeked of pot. And when we were on the patio we noticed 2 very young children (probably 2 and 4 years old) on the porch above us unattended.
Also, the remote on the living room wasn’t working well (may have just needed batteries). Otherwise it suited us well. Spacious and pretty clean (did notice some hairs (in shower and on towels) and the baseboards could use a good scrubbing but overall pretty clean.
Did have to reach out for instructions (WiFi and trash), was mislead on where the dumpsters were to take out trash but were able to locate. Do wish the listing would say that it’s not on the main level as had to pack a ton down the steps. Our kids did enjoy the bunk beds and liked that there was a tv in every room!
