Come unwind at this wonderful private & clean waterfront condo right on Lake Taneycomo. Just a 10-min drive from the Hwy 76 'Strip' and a 15-min drive from SDC in the gated private neighborhood of Pointe Royale Golf Village.

We love working with the community of the Ozarks and the people who travel in and out of our area. We consider it a great privilege to get to know the travelers that have ventured through the Ozarks and love having them as guests in our condos. We've personally lived in this community for over 25 years and have been in the rental business for over 20 years. There are so many beautiful locations and places to stay in the Ozarks and we are pleased to go above and beyond to make a stay at any of our condos the best it can be for our guests.

*Neighborhood Amenities are Accessible Using the Amenities Key Card Provided in the Condo - this includes Lighted Tennis Courts, Seasonal Outdoor Pool, Year Round Heated Indoor Pool & Outdoor Jetted Hot Tub, 24/7 Fitness Center, and Gated Owner Entrance. Also Take Advantage of the Public 18-hole PGA Golf Course, Putting Green, Pro Shop, and Bar & Grille right in the neighborhood! ****Pointe Royale No Longer Allows Boat or Trailer Parking Within the Neighborhood

The guard house will issue you a parking pass when you first arrive. Parking passes need to be visibly displayed on your dashboard at all times while you are on Pointe Royale property. Each vehicle in your party will need all of the reservation details to get a parking pass and be let through the guard gate.

There is ample parking outside the building & you may park in any space that’s convenient for you, there are no assigned spaces.

Please make sure your parking pass is always visible and do not park outside of any designated parking spaces, as you may be towed or ticketed at your own expense.

Great Location
We really enjoyed our stay at this perfectly located condo. Silver Dollar City, Branson Landing and Top of the Rock were all an easy 20 minute drive away. The condo was clean and comfortable. We loved the view out the back and the quick access for fishing. We would definitely rent again if in the area.

The condo was as described. Very roomy and nicely decorated. Please note the steps down to the unit are fairly steep but were able to load our heavy items through the back door which had a flatter entrance but a bit of a walk to the parking.

Quiet location!
Enjoyed our stay! I thought the beds could have been more comfortable. The stairs and deck coming into unit needs power washed and a nice coat of paint (algae) The grill outside needed cleaned but no biggie! Overall had a nice time in Branson!

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect! We loved being just steps away from the lake where fished countless hours. The condo itself is beautiful! It is also close (within 10-20 minutes) to several restaurants and to the numerous activities Branson has to offer. I would also add, we had an issue with AC on the first day we were there and the staff responded urgently and had a company out the following morning to rectify the issue which we were very grateful for!

We loved our stay here. The place is beautiful and offered everything my family wanted. The playground right next door was great for our toddler, we enjoyed the pool, and loved the views of the water. Perfect spot for a relaxing trip!

Lakeside paradise
This condo is absolutely stunning. Lake Taneycomo is such a beautiful, peaceful spot and this condo is literal steps away from the water. The condo was squeaky clean, decorated beautifully, fully stocked with everything you might need, and insanely comfortable. The ease of entering and exiting the gated community was a huge bonus. Its about a 15 min drive to the attractions and there is a small convenience market just a 5 min drive up the road. Thr neighbors who live there full time are so incredibly kind and helpful! This place is now our go to for all future Branson visits. It broke my heart to have to leave! We are already planning our next trip back!

We had such a great stay! This was the perfect place for a quiet short spring break getaway. The condo was beautiful and perfect for our family. The fishing was perfect and the kids enjoyed the pool. Our stay at this wonderful 2 bedroom condo was amazing! All the little touches were so well thought, especially being COMPLETELY decorated for Christmas! Every little touch from the welcome notebook to the bowl of chocolates was very heart-felt! It was so nice to come back from our adventures in town and have a place to hang out and relax together. We played lots of games (all provided) and enjoyed the fireplace. It is a wonderful location and the gated community made us feel so safe. It is also a PERFECT location next to the water and we are already looking at dates for the spring/summer/fall so we can enjoy the waterfront more when it's warmer! Such a wonderful place! Thank you so much for making our mini holiday getaway so nice and one to remember!
