Located directly on Lake Taneycomo at Fall Creek, this 2 bedroom/2 bath lakefront condo features king sized beds in both rooms and 2 full baths, each with jacuzzi tubs. Kitchen with new cookware and everything you need to prepare meals. Large deck overlooking the lake with outdoor furniture and electric grill. This condo also features a sunroom with seating. Included with the condo are all the resort amenities, including miniature golf, fishing dock passes, and indoor/outdoor pools. Full service marina on site with boat rentals and slips available at a discounted rate with the amenities pass. Some of the best trout fishing on the lake! Recently undated bedding, pictures do not reflect as of yet.

Great Stay
Nice place on the water. Even though it was a little cool for taking a stroll next to the water, it was still awesome to be able to look out the window and see fishing boats.The place was great for me, wife, and two granddaughters. There was plenty of room and many amenities which made it feel like home.It took us a while to figure out which light switch went to what light, but overall it was very accommodating.We enjoyed our stay!

This is our favorite place to stay in. Branson,we plan our trips around availability of this place.we have stayed hwre at least 12 times over yhe years.the owners are nive people and eaay to communicate with.theres not much you need here except your personal things,its eqjipped good

Great stay in Branson
The property is in a good location. Out of the main drag but easy access to shows, restaurants and activities. It could use a little updating but all in all a good place to stay.

Great place on ground floor
We enjoy this place so much with it’s view of Lake Taneycomo. First floor is a must for us and 2 bathrooms are a plus, too.

Home away from home :)
We have stayed at this property every year for 4 years. Love the location!! The guys spend the days at the marina and the ladies shop till we drop. Will be back next year.

The condo was nice though obviously not a brand new or recently rehabbed unit. There were a couple things the cleaning crew could have done better. But the location was excellent for fishing at the damn, and the view was great. Bathrooms were good with full spa tub in each. Beds were good along with the furnishings. We had a deck to sit on since we were on the ground floor which was a plus. Kitchen and living room areas were good. Could not find the Wi-Fi network that was listed in the documentation though. But all in all a location I would stay at again. Had a concern at first but the property owner was quick to respond and everything worked out fine. A quick drive up to a large convenience store for food and drinks was a bonus. Great location overall.

Nice facility good location safe
Good visit, the property was clean and enjoyable. Unfortunately the cable service in the building went away after couple of days and hadnt been fixed before end of stay, that really makes for long nights with no tv. Owners too far away when no one knew the problem, thought it was something we did to controls. April too early in year, all too chilly for fishing, pools not open. Some tiny improvements could be made on oroperty but really all was good.

HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION
The place was EXCELLENT and BEAUTIFUL... And the view from the deck was SPECTACULAR!!! However, the owners are TERRIBLE at responding to questions and communicating!!!!!!!!! We showed up to find the condo had not been cleaned from the previous guest. Evidently the owner didn't communicate clearly with the housekeeping staff either... It was over 4 hours AFTER check in before the place was cleaned! Owner was rude and refused to give me any credit back... So, I told the owner I would be checking out late by 4 hours to compensate. Additionally, the owner had let the promised amenities pass expire... So dock passes had to be purchased in order to fish! Overall, the place is GREAT but not worth the hassle and frustration caused by the owner's unresponsiveness!!!!!!!!!

Beautiful but cold
It was a nice stay but cold. The view was good. It was a good value. My daughter enjoyed the jacuzzi tub. The thermostat was on the fritz so even though the temperature was set to 70 degrees it got to be as low as 59 degrees since the air conditioner never shut off even when we turned it off. The power went off the last night so I'm not sure if the restart may have fixed it. Not sure if someone tried to break in because we put the rug against the front door and in the morning it was in the door. We e-mailed owner about issues and never heard back.

No toilet paper, txt them never answered just went out and bought some, bathroom sink was plugged up to v slow to drain. they sent me a txt about an hour after we checked in asking how everything was and I told them so far so good? So I know they got my txt ?neither bed room TV had no channels No biggie I may just get something closer to town next time .

We've rented this condo numerous times,perfect size and location for the 4 of us.the housekeepers need retrained I think,we found trash in the north bathroom closet from previous guests,there was laundry thrown on the closet floor in south bedroom,clean,dirty who knows.this is not on the owners though it's their cleaning people.we were pleasantly surprised with some upgrades this trip,new fireplace cabinet new flooring,bigger TV and cable.the beds in this place are so comfortable makes it hard to get up.i did however have issues with communication this time,maybe because it was Christmas holiday,but I had to message 3x to get code,I sent message about issues we found upon arriving and with an issue we had on the day we were leaving with no reply.i feel it could have been acknowledged by owners so I know they are aware of issues to address,especially our departure day issue.in the past they've always replied so must've been timing.ill definitely book this condo again in the future,we call it our go to condo,thank you Shane and Amanda for sharing your home

We love this condo.we have been staying here for almost 10 years now.we book our trips around availability of this unit.this trip we had a few hiccups but not on owners neglect,the whole complex was having plumbing issues.we had 1 of the bathrooms that had slow draining tub and sinks and the toilet wouldnt flush properly but on our arrival day there was a plumber next door and said they were having issues too.we just kept the door closed and poured water down to make it usuable.the microwave has been damaged and had electrical tape on it to cover the damage i assume.we did notice it seems maybe theres new housekeepers as there were little details around that were not noticed in may when we were there.i would however suggest maybe to get a rubber tub mat for the tubs as the 1 in our room was very slick and i slipped getting in,maybe the cleaner being used wasnt rinsed out completely. The kitchen has all you need just look in the closet im sure its there.we couldnt find cooking utensils anywhere,opened the pantry door and there they were,they used to set on counter so we knew they had them.the deck us great,we spend alot of time out there.i left crackers for the mama coon each night as she would visit with her 2 babies.this is just overall a great place,we're going to plan our late fall,winter trip again soon.thank you shane and amanda for sharing your place,we always look forward to our time there

Great Location to stay near Branson
Our family of 4 adults and 3 young children stayed in this condo during a week-long vacation to the Branson area. The kitchen was well stocked with all the equipment needed to provide meals. It was nice to prepare healthy meals and not rely on over-priced restaurant food. The outdoor grill was stocked with propane but needed a cleaning before use. My husband tried to clean it after we used it but it was difficult without a wire-brush. We used two pools and found them to be very clean. We rented a pontoon boat at the Marina and was pleased to receive a 20% discount with the provided resort amenities card. We enjoyed watching ground hogs and minks playing in the rock wall across the creek from the large deck. The unit was immaculate and there were lots of towels. The beds and living room furniture were comfortable. My grandsons slept on the sofa bed. There was ample parking for our vehicles. The neighbors were quiet. My only criticism would be the condo building lights shine into the queen bedroom making the room very bright even in the middle of the night. I bought a sleep mask at Dick's 5&10 the second day which helped me to sleep in spite of the light. The only reason I gave the unit a 4 star rating. We had no need to contact the owners but they provided 2 cell numbers in case we had a question or concern. We would consider renting this unit again when in the area.
