Welcome to our centrally located Branson Family Retreat! This family-friendly 4-bedroom condo boasts a perfect blend of comfort and fun. Enjoy community pool access, indulge in friendly competition with our foosball table, and bond over family-friendly games. Smart televisions offer entertainment, while brand new furnishings ensure a cozy stay. The condo will be decorated for the season so you can enjoy your family holiday in comfort!

When you enter the property you walk into the open concept living space which includes the living room, dining room and kitchen. The living room includes a sofa which pull out to a queen size bed, a smart television and an electric fireplace to create a cozy feel. The dining table includes seating for 4, but can accommodate 6 if you use the bench from the master bedroom for additional seating. The island also offers seating for 4 additional people. The kitchen is fully stocking to meet all of your needs. We provide a blender, toaster, spice rack, pots, pans, baking sheets, and a Keurig Duo so you have the option of drip coffee or Kcups. We provide a starter amount of Kcups, sugar, and creamer as well as a few snacks in case you are hungry when you get in. Off of the kitchen you will find the stackable laundry with a starter amount of detergent. The master bedroom is off of the living room and includes a king bed, smart television, dresser, luggage rack, full length mirror, walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom. The first floor has two additional bedrooms both of which are equipped with king-size bed, dressers and smart televisions. These bedrooms share a hall bathroom. Upstairs you will find a secondary living space with a fold down sofa, smart television, arcade game with over 100 games, board games, cards, and a foosball table. There is also an additional bedroom upstairs with full-over-full bunk beds, smart television and dresser. The bunk bed also has a twin size trundle under the bottom bunk. There is also a full bathroom upstairs. All bedrooms also include lamps with wireless charging in case you forgot your charger.

Thanksgiving family time
Melissa super reponsive to all our questions and easy to. Check in and out . The condo was well equipped with everything, it was roomie as advertised. It is located in a perfect spot, you can go through the busy downtown or go through the backroads. The fireplace tv that heated up was neat. It was nice that it had 2 stories and 2 living spaces which was nice for us traveling with our adult kids. We will definitely look forward to booking with you in the future.

Hidden Gem
After years of coming to Branson I think we have finally found our favorite place to stay! Everything is new and clean. The condo is accommodating for all ages - we had a range of infants to grandparents to everything between. The Pac-Man game and foosball table kept our family entertained! There are a lot of small touches that are very thought out like a coffee bar and pantry items. Highly recommend this condo.

Ours was upstairs 4 bed. The place worked great - playroom with bunk bed room upstairs, main level had 3 bed (up stairs from outside). I was mainly worried the kids were going to annoy others but at least we were quiet by 8-9pm. It was a bit of an odd layout but worked great!

This property was perfect for our stay! Centrally located for going to Table Rock Lake, Top of the Rock, Buffalo Ridge and downtown Branson. Everything was new, immaculate, and well stocked.

We had a wonderful time in Branson. This unit is close to everything, clean, beautifully decorated, and has stunning views. Our only complaint was the upstairs bedroom was very warm even when using the fans provided.

Awesome Family Vacation
What a great vacation destination! We had 7 of us total-grandparents, parents, and kids, and spent half our time at a dance competition and half on a family vacation. The location of this condo was literally perfect and 10 min or so from anywhere we needed to go! Super clean and plenty of space for everyone. Loved having the washer and dryer as we were there for 9 days and definitely needed it! Beds were comfy, kitchen was amazing, and kids-and adults-loved the games upstairs in the loft area! Owner was super communicative and helpful and check in and check out was a breeze! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!
