The Space:
Back inside, this home welcomes you with neutral, modern interiors and a cozy ambience. Sleek wooden accents and tasteful design elements add to the charm. The living area boasts a comfy seating area that surrounds a smart TV. Large glass sliders open onto the outdoor deck, which features seating, small table, and sprawling green views.

The adjoining open-plan kitchen is airy, stocked with modern cabinetry and stainless-steel appliances including a coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, oven, refrigerator and wineware. The counter offers stool seating for 2, while the 4-seater indoor dining table makes for intimate family dinners. An additional nook is available to accommodate 2 more guests.

The home accommodates 11 guests in total, with 3 bedrooms, and a sofa sleeper.

Located on the first floor, bedroom #1 is furnished with a King-size bed, a smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Upstairs you will find the 2 additional bedrooms, each with a Twin bed, Full bed, and top deck access.

THINGS TO NOTE:

- An additional full bathroom is located upstairs with a shower/tub combo

- The fireplace is not for guest use

- A washer/dryer is included.

- Parking is available onsite.

- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

- Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds due to the event that any amenities are closed for any reason.

The property is located in the highly sought-after Pointe Royale, a community offering a list of noteworthy amenities including; an outdoor pool, indoor pool, outdoor dining area, life-size chess board, tennis court, and playground. The property also backs up to nature trails and a golf course that hugs lake Taney Como. With the close proximity to the lake, the property is also mere minutes from marinas, boat ramps, and local man-made beach. This means that there’s an endless list of coastal activities to enjoy on and off the water! When you’ve had your fill of fun in the sun, the home is close to an array of attractions including Branson Mountain Adventure (2.4 miles), Titanic Museum (3.8 miles), Aquarium at the Boardwalk (4.3 miles), Silver Dollar City (9.3 miles), and more! Historic Downtown Branson is less than 9 miles away and is dotted with restaurants and specialty stores. It’s common to stumble upon live music, a festival, or other noteworthy events while downtown.
