At The Komfy Condo, we tried to think of everything you would need to enjoy your time in Branson! 3 Bedrooms, all with full bathrooms, like having three master suites. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, tub and shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with walk in shower. Bedroom 3 is a loft with a king bed with a tub/shower. 1500 square feet, Sleeps 8, including the entry level sofa sleeper for up to 2. Featuring a refreshing outdoor Summer Pool, 50" 4K TV, high speed private Wi-Fi, & Flat Screen. The living room has a couch with a queen sofa bed, 2 cozy chairs, a 50" 4K TV with Blue Ray DVD player. Our dining room seats 6 and there are 4 bar stools at the kitchen counter for additional seating. The kitchen if fully equipped with a NEW stainless steel refrigerator including ice maker & filtered water dispenser, glass top stove top, oven, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, silverware, pots and pans and utensils like you have at home. You can relax or play board games and cards on our screened in porch that overlooks a pond/fountain. Watch for the giant gold fish! There is a common out-door grill between the buildings out back. We have a stackable washer and dryer for your convenience in the condo. We decorate for Christmas, so bring the presents and have a Merry Christmas!!

The Komfy Condo is on the Top Floor with only 15 outside steps up to the condo, and no elevator. Great location to all of the Branson fun!! Great Location!! Less than 3 miles from the 76 Branson strip and approx. 9 miles to Silver Dollar City, 2 miles to the Table Rock Lake Dam, 7 miles to the Branson Landing/Convention Center.

**READ ME** We recommend that EVERYONE get trip protection for any unforeseen needs to cancel your reservation. It's peace of mind! :-) Get a policy that states “coverage/cancellation for any reason”. If for some unforeseen circumstances, you need to cancel, you will be GLAD you did it, and won't be upset with us. Be upset at yourself if you don't get it! :-)

Great Place-Close to everything!
Really nice condo with spacious kitchen and separate eating area. Weather was cold but outside patio is very nice, lots of little extras and great communication with the host. Simple check in and check out. Hope to stay again soon!

We loved the condo, great area and loved the screened in porch. I knew there were stairs getting to our condo but did not realize how many. Carrying luggage up the stairs is challenging for seniors.

Parking at night near the room can get scarce. May have to park in overflow lot. The room could use some repairs in ceiling so they do not really impact the stay. Overall, great location, room was huge. Can’t hardly beat 3 bathrooms.

Great stay at a great value!
Had my wife, son, daughter, mom and dad, and mother in law all in this condo. We had plenty of room. It was clean and comfortable. The place was well equipped with all the furnishings we needed for cooking, keeping our food, sleeping, a variety of games, more tv’s than we could watch, and a comfortable deck with a great and peaceful view. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of towels and bathrooms. Everything was top notch! Really exceeded our expectations! Will stay again soon!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. The hosts have gone above and beyond to make sure that their guests have everything they might need provided. It is spacious and comfy. The location is close by to all Branson has to offer but not right in the middle of the congestion. Our vacation week was fun, stress-free and relaxing. And our clean and cozy condo was a highlight.

Best Place to Keep a Family of Five Happy
This condo is so unique in that it has all of the things you need for an awesome vacation. My oldest teenager is an avid high school and soon to be college angler so finding a place to find boat parking is usually difficult and we have to resort to a house but the parking was wonderful. My other teenage son was thrilled with how close we were to multiple golf courses. My daughter was happy with the pools! close to lake, SDC you name it! We will be back!

Wonderful home!
We loved this home! 3 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was just perfect for our group. There is a screened in porch, but it was too hot to enjoy it this time. We loved that the pool was just a tiny walk away. Two things we didn’t like: the refrigerator didn’t have any ice available and 2 bedrooms are needing curtains to block out the sunlight and outside building lights. We had to “MacGyver” curtains from beach towels.
