"The property itself is fantastic and every single person who works there is professional and welcoming. They were super helpful in answering our questions and were very accommodating. My only complaint is that the room we were staying in faced the street and there must have been a club nearby because there was loud, thumping music until pretty late into the night. This would not stop me from staying again, but it did make it harder to go to sleep. Overall, though, this hotel is very clean and close to a lot of amenities and the staff is wonderful so I would stay there again if I went back to New Haven."
