Located on the ground floor, it comprises a 35 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and an 80 m² terrace. The accommodation comprises

- Bedroom 3: bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A 6 m² north-facing balcony
- An 80 m² south-east-facing terrace, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The apartment is ideally located in Brando, in a very pleasant environment with private access to the beach and the center. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... are within easy reach.
