"The beach is nice and clean but the hotel close it for guest use from 8 pm to 7 am The property condition is poor - broken tile, outdated furniture, broken bathroom fixtures, no safe in the room, etc. At arrival I had to wait one hour before they check in a large group of guests. I did not leave valuables in the room but some of the guests reported stolen personal items from the room.The location is very suburban far away from major airpot Transportation options are limited and very expensive at...

"It is absolutely the best place if you don't want a touristy area, are self sufficient and happy to get on with things. Two weeks here will gladden your soul and set you up for the daily grind at home. The apartment has everything you need and overlooks the beach and pending on time of year/weather the sea is to die for swimming wise. We love it so much we have been twice and will go back again but southern Italy is not for the faint hearted. Driving is tricksy and some basic Italian helps....
